Delaporte Point ist eine einzigartige Halbinsel umgeben von Meer, Privatstrand vor der Haustür und wunderschön gepflegte Gärten. Es gibt zwei Swimmingpools mit Sonnenliegen und Liege für Ihren Genuss.
Die townhome verfügt über drei (3) große Schlafzimmer; zwei (2) Badezimmer (einschließlich der Master-Bad) und ein separates Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss. Alle Bettwäsche (Bio), sind Bade- und Strandtücher und Strandliegen, Sonnenschirm und Kühler für Ihren Genuss zur Verfügung gestellt. Einige der besten Schnorcheln und das Leben im Meer umgibt uns.
Die Residenz befindet sich auf 3 Ebenen und ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Auf der ersten Etage befindet sich die Küche, Gäste-WC und einen offenen Wohnbereich führt zur Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen und einen Sitz- / Essbereich finden. Der zweite Stock hat zwei große Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad und Waschküche. Das Master-Schlafzimmer und Bad ist auf der dritten Etage. Diese geräumige Suite verfügt über eine Leseecke mit Blick auf den Ozean.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank; Ofen; Kochfeld; Mikrowelle; Geschirrspüler und separater Weinkühlschrank. Die Unterkunft ist klimatisiert und es gibt Deckenventilatoren ganz. Es gibt kostenlosen Internetzugang, Kabel-TV und ein Telefon für Ortsgespräche - Ferngespräche Telefon-Karten können leicht von vielen Geschäften überall auf der Insel gekauft.
Delaporte Point ist ruhig, von der Hektik entfernt. Die örtliche # 10 jitney Bus hält direkt am Eingangstor alle 10-15 Minuten, um Sie zu den verschiedenen Teilen der Insel einschließlich der Innenstadt zu nehmen; Fähre nach Paradise Island / Atlantis; Kreuzfahrtschiff Dock; Cable Beach Casino und so weiter ... Restaurants, Strände, Fitness-Studio und Einkaufen sind alle vor der Haustür, nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wenn Sie es vorziehen würden Sie ein Auto mieten und entdecken Sie diese Inselparadies in Ihrer Freizeit. Kostenlose ausgewiesenen Parkflächen (2) sind für das Gerät zur Verfügung gestellt. Detaillierte Unterlagen, Tourismus Broschüren und Karten sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Pictures don't do justice for this place! My sister, a few friends and I stayed at Peter and Sue's home recently. We had the most amazing trip and felt like we hit the jackpot staying at this place. The patio is right on the ocean for amazing sunsets. There are two pools, a private beach, and a few restaurants within walking distance. The bus picks you up right outside the gate and the fare is only $1.25. The drivers are all extremely friendly and helpful in making sure you get to where you need to go. Everyone on the island was helpful and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
There are plenty of things to do around the area and a grocery store close by. We spent much of our trip playing cards and eating on the balcony, or at the beach or pools. We did a lot of little day excursions which were super easy to get to from Delaporte Point (I.e. Downtown or Love Beach). If you love coffee, visit Louis and Steen's New Orleans Coffeehouse!
The condo is extremely close to the airport and the property manager Barbara picked us up and dropped us off. She was wonderful and helpful!
Overall our group decided we must make a trip back to Nassau. Thank you Peter and Sue for the amazing stay!
We very much enjoyed our time in this property and would definately return.
The aircon in the top floor bedroom and front bedroom is not as efficent as the back bedroom. It could do with being a couple of degrees cooler. Apart from that spot on.
I stayed in the back balcony bedroom which was cool and comfortable.

We had a wonderful week at your property, and can't wait to return. The location was great, and the property itself was clean, comfortable, and had incredible views. We loved the pools, beach and the local restaurants as well. Excellent!
Peter is a great host. Leading up to our stay and during the reservation process he was very responsive and accommodating. The condo itself is beautiful. If you don't want to stay in a cramped hotel room this is the place to be. Its conveniently located, spacious and has all the amenities you need to be comfortably stay for a week or longer. The views from the living room and bedroom are spectacular. Just as you see in the pictures. The three bedrooms are all well-furnished and has all the linens you need. The kitchen, dining and living areas are very modern, stocked with everything you need. The TVs, BBQ grill, washer dryer, stove top, wine cooler, oven and microwave were all modern, clean and in good working condition. The condo is in a gated community in a good, safe area. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Nassau and about 10 minutes to the airport. Barbara was a great caretaker. She picked us up and dropped us of to the airport, and was always available when we needed her. She also provided us with a rental vehicle so we did not have to rent from a vehicle from a major rental company. Cost of living is expensive in the Bahamas. There are many good restaurants but they are not cheap. You'll easily spend $150-$200 for a family of 3-4. Eat at the Arawak Cay. The food is local and reasonably priced. Groceries stores are nearby but they are expensive as well. If you can carry food and even alcohol from the U.S. do that. No problem getting through customs. All in all, I would highly recommend renting the Sea Shells condo from Peter.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The condo complex is well maintained and conveniently located. The pools were great fun for the kids and it was quiet so they could sleep at night and the complex is walking distance to grocery etc-very handy
This specific condo - lots of space, towels for beach/showers. The view of the sunsets is amazing. It was a safe, relatively comfortable place for us to eat & sleep. The BBQ worked well. There were sufficient plates/bowls but the plastic cups are cracked and need to be replaced and a few more wouldn't hurt.
There were some issues. The unit advertises a DVD player but the player had a European plug and no adapter. We informed Barb (manager) our first night and three nights later she brought another one by but that one was broken (smoked). The coffee maker was broken and I ended up having to use one from the cupboards that had a broken carafe (handle held on by duct tape) and mismatched basket and only turned off when unplugged. Again, we informed Barb and she said she'd buy another one but it didn't happen while we were there. The kitchen needs a deep clean - the layer of grease on the cook top and wall around it is disgusting and has bugs trapped in it. The water on the fridge was broken and the repairman didn't appear until 4 days into our stay and had to come back twice to confirm the part so we never used the water function on the fridge and had to purchase bottled water.
The couch in the living room had a broken seat and isn't designed for a large family - a design for a couple which considering the unit sleeps 6 doesn't make sense. Wifi is spotty at best and the repeater was broken which didn't help.
There was no broom - coming from the beach sand comes in and it would have been great to be able to sweep up. Additionally, there are live wires in the storage closet where the vacuum was stored and we discovered they were live when our oldest daughter got a shock. The next day I received a shock as well. Not exactly safe - especially when this is where so many items for use are stored.
The walls and stairs are well worn. A fresh coat of paint and a deep clean would make all the difference in appearance. Also - ability to CHANGE the temperature instead of just AC off/on would be nice. It was either hot or freezing.
Lastly - a sheet with instructions for the gate and other critical info would be great. We didn't get that info and a neighbour had to help us exit. Also, the clicker was lost
