The flat was very comfortable and clean and there was place enough for five or six people. The next Tube-station and the supermarket could be reached in a few minutes.

My wife and I and our three kids spent four days in London and stayed in Martin's flat. True to prior reviews, Martin met us personally (late on a Sunday evening) to introduce himself and give us a personal tour of the apartment as well as the local area. The location is excellent; either a walk, short cab ride, or tube gets you to where you need to be. Apartment is updated, clean, and spacious; would definitely recommend it..
This flat is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of London. It was nicely appointed with plenty of space and two bathrooms to accommodate our family of four. The location is equally great, putting you within walking distance of many of the major attractions and a short walk to the tube station. Despite being in the middle of the theater district and literally one door down from the back stage door of a theater, the apartment is an oasis. Its set in the interior of the building above a little used courtyard so it's utterly quiet and devoid of any street noise. Our compliments to Martin, the owner, who met us at a very late hour but got us set up with a thorough introduction to the apartment. Would definitely stay again or consider Martin's other properties.
This unit can not be overlooked. We stayed here in April and it is one of the best locations in London. If you are a walker, you can visit every major site in London by foot. Want to shop? You can walk to the major shopping on Oxford St. Want to see the sights? Walk to St. Paul's, the British Museum, the National Gallery, Buckingham Palace, Whitehall. Walk a few hundred yards and you can hop on the Tube and go anywhere in London.
The owner of this unit, I can't say enough. This is the second unit of his that I have used and they are always top shelf. You could not find a better spot or a better landlord.
We stayed here with 3 teenagers and a 5 year old and loved it. This has a GREAT location with quick access to the Tube (5 min). Good restaurants near by and in the middle of Covent Garden. We fit 6 people comfortably with 2 boys sharing a queen bed. Only 1 tv but good wifi :). Martin is wonderful at checkin. Great value for money!
My two brothers and I stayed in this apartment for 8 nights. It worked well for us. The location is perfect – literally central to some of the best squares, restaurants, bars, theaters and sights in London. We walked out the apartment door and within 3 minutes we were in Covent Garden square. Hawksmoor Seven Dials is across the street! We could get most anywhere in the city, the main London attractions, within 20 minutes by walking and/or using the underground. Having a supermarket 2 blocks away was an added plus. The apartment itself is clean, generally in good repair, and quite comfortable. The foyer floor is a bit squeaky, but that is part and parcel to staying in an historical downtown London building. The furniture and appliances are of good quality. The bedding is very comfortable; and the bedrooms are isolated off the foyer and quiet, each with its own large window and floor fan. The flat was truthfully depicted in the description & pictures. Martin, the owner, was readily available to make sure our stay went well and we had everything we needed. He made the rental process stress-free and worked hard to make us happy. We had a couple minor repair issues and Martin was addressing the issues within 90 minutes. He was dependable and genuinely pleasant. We are going to visit London again and we will definitely plan our visit at a time when we can lease this apartment. The apartment, location and Martin’s relaxed competence make this an exceptional value.

When a booking is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date, a £300 of rental is required as a deposit (after fees and exchange rate deductions) to confirm the reservation.
The full rent has to be paid no latter then 45 days prior to the arrival date, the full is required for confirmation. If full payment has not been received by this time, the booking may be cancelled.
