This heavenly property was just the answer for our party of 7 ( 3 adults and 4 kids, aged 7-17). The villa was spacious and I wish that I could bottle up and have taken home the million dollar view from the balcony! Grocery stores, beach and restaurants are very close by. Roger was very gracious and helpful in accommodating our needs and his assistants, Rile and Brittany ensured that our vacation was perfect. The neighbours were delightful and hospitable. Of all the places that we have rented over the past 10 years, this ranks at the top! We will certainly be back to St Lucia and this is the property that we will rent again!
The villa was in excellent condition, with all the required amenities provided. It provided a level of privacy and comfort and could be favorably described as your home away from home. The pool offered an added bonus of relaxation and is a great place for entertainment. The view was great and the short distance from Rodney Bay was a great advantage. In today's modern world for active people to stay in contact, the Wi-Fi and cable service was excellent.
The owner and his management team were friendly and accommodating and ensured our every query or need where possible was met. I would highly recommend as a place to stay on a vacation or work assignment.
My one dislike was the access road which was in need of some repair, however this was being rectified prior to my departure.

Bonne View Villa is absolutely lovely. The photos on this website do not do it justice. Roger, the owner, and his brother will take excellent care of you! If something you want is not there, they will get it for you! The villa is actually 2 units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both units have similar layouts and share the pool. We rented the entire house as we have a very large family. Each unit has 3 bedrooms - all of them are very large and roomy. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there are huge closets in each bedroom. The bathrooms are also spacious, lots of storage in those also. All bedrooms have A/C. There is also a laundry area in each unit, each with a large washer and dryer and also drying racks. The main living area is open concept with lots of light. The kitchens are fantastic - we love to cook and we utilized both kitchens. Plenty of counter space to work on and we had everything we needed to prepare meals, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, juicer, etc. There is also a large grill outside. The WiFi was awesome - very fast and we were able to access the internet everywhere on the property - even out by the pool and in the driveway! The villa is located in the perfect neighborhood - close to the beaches and markets. There is a wonderful pizza place right up the street! There is also a local seafood market just down the mountainside - we bought some beautiful fish there.... tuna, snapper, mahi. There are several large supermarkets nearby and lots of local farm stands, as well as banks, coffee shops, restaurants and bars, and most of the bars have 2 for 1 Happy Hour drinks! If you are thinking of vacationing on St. Lucia, then you should consider this property. It is a beautiful home in a perfect location!

everything was true, amazing view,close to everything 10 minutes walk to the marina and mall, quite area,the house was clean,fully equip, the owner is honest and very kind, the place is huge and very comfortable.
