Our home is surrounded by woods, has a large yard in front + back and has mountain views of Shawnee Peak / Pleasant Mountain.
The house is newly built and features 4 bedrooms with additional sleeping areas on our first floor (2 Cordaroy bean bags that convert into queen size memory foam mattresses and a large comfy couch).
Each room features brand new (purchased July 2022) NECTAR memory foam mattresses which was voted "America's most comfortable mattress" in 2022.
The home is setup for families, work from home couples, digital nomads, weekend warriors and everyone in between. The home has 1 gigabyte internet and there are 3 WiFi repeaters throughout the house so you should see blazing speed anywhere you go. The home can easily accommodate 20+ devices all using the internet at once, but while on vacation we would suggest you lower the screen time :)
Downstairs Area:
The kitchen is large enough for entertaining with ample counter space, a few bar stools, full-size fridge with ice maker and a gas stove with oven.
The living room has a huge comfy couch and features an 80 inch smart TV so you can watch your favorite shows with the whole crew or while cooking.
We have a reading nook with 2 large bean bags, a bunch of reading books and an assortment of boardgames.
In the dining room area we have a table that can seat 12 comfortably so it can be used for large dinners or for a game night.
On the first floor there is access to our 2 car garage which you may park your car in if you desire. There are basement stairs which lead to our unfinished basement with utility access.
Bedroom Overview:
The ideal home for any single family or even two families, is perfect to host 8 to 12 guests with four bedrooms and a common sleeping area. The master bedroom located on the second floor has a king size bed so you can enjoy comfortable slumber after an adventure-filled day. The master bedroom features and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a 2 person tiled rain shower. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a lounge/sitting area with TV and a private desk for remote work.
There are two (2) other bedrooms on the second floor which feature queen size beds, closets and bureaus, and both have ample sun + views throughout the day. Each room has areas to hang clothes or store folded clothes in dressers.
The last room offers two (2) twin beds, kids toy area and bureau. Now these twins aren't just for kids, they can also hold 1 adult each. The room also features a hand painted mural of a mountain range. The closet in this room has everything you would need for little infants/babies: a pack-n-play, highchair, baby monitor, doorknob protectors, electrical outlet protectors, play mat, and more.
Lastly, the upstairs has a full bathroom complete with a large shower and tub combo with a sliding glass door. There is a brand new washer and dryer stackable available for your use throughout your stay as well (please just respect utilities and the environment).

Kids bedroom: 2 Twin beds
Downstairs common area: 2 Queen memory foam mattresses (2 Cordaroy bean bags) + 2 Twin air mattresses
*Air mattresses are stored in our Master bedroom closet for ease
The Cordaroy bean bags are great for extra guests or for lounging and watching your favorite movie. The bean bags each convert into a queen size mattress and when you check in we will provide instructions on how to unpack/pack them, plus make them super comfortable.
Outdoor Area:
Our home has a huge 50 foot by 20 foot deck which has 2 sitting areas. There are lounge chairs/chaise lounges for getting some sun and then a dining table that can seat 8-12 people.
There is a large Nepoleon propane grill and we have 2 propane tanks (1 is always full and located in the garage) so you will never run out. The grill has a cooler space on the left and a burner stove or searing burner on the right. Get ready to cook the best steak of your life!
In the lawn area, there is a 2 person hammock to catch some ZZZs and we have a round fire pit with 4-6 Adirondack chairs around it. Feel free to cook over the fire, make some s'mores or tell some camp fire stories.
Our backyard features a large 1 acre grass area for some fun in the sun and an area for kids to play.

Our home features Blink Security Cameras and a SimpliSafe Security system.
The SimpliSafe system is able to be used by guests during your stay and there is a keypad on the dining room table, as well as instructions in our house manual.
We have cameras on the exterior of the home (front door, deck, under deck), garage, and a camera in our basement looking at the water boiler and water pump.
Next to every toilet and under certain sinks, we have a water sensor which will alert us if there is a leak.
We keep these systems off when the home is rented. They are intended to be used when the home is vacant as we had water damage to our home in the past from a leak. It took us months to rehab our home back to being the beautiful place you are about to rent.
