A beautiful, spacious, well appointed waterfront home off Minuteman Dr. in the heart of Beautiful Cocoa Beach. Our house has a Boat Lift so you can come by boat and enjoy the River, we are a short 4 block walk to the ocean where you can swim, boogie board, surf and body surf. Walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach, with its live music, Jazz club, pubs, shops, every third Friday night street fair and restaurants. Indulge in a wonderful early morning dip in the ocean or an evening cocktail by the beach, while you watch a space launch, all a short walk from the house. The Cocoa Beach Pier is also nearby and a fabulous evening out.
Located 15 minutes from the cruise terminals at Port Canaveral makes a stay with us possible before or after your cruise. Fishing charters, fan boat charters , kayak tours and surfing lessons are all available near by. The Kennedy Space Center is 15 minutes up A1A and we are just an hour drive from Orlando Airport, Disney World and the OrlandoTheme Parks.

West Harbor Beach House has a Canal front Location perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding with the dolphins and manatees that visit daily. Sit in the yard at our fire table or on the dock while enjoying an adult beverage enjoying the sunset , pelicans fishing for dinner and dolphins gracefully swimming down the canal.

Our Home is also a 10-minute bike ride to The Cocoa Beach Country Club which offers an Olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis, exercise and water aerobics classes and 3 fabulous 9 hole Golf Courses all for a small fee. Clubs can be rented so no need to bring them.

Our home is a 10 minute bike ride to the Recreation Center on Ramp Road where Open Pickle Ball for all levels is played 10 am -1 pm M,W,F and Beginner Pickel Ball is Tuesday from 12 -pm -3pm .Paddles and balls are available for you.

All the bath, bed linens and beach towels are provided. We also have beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and beach trolly for carrying stuff to the beach, paddle boards and kayaks to make for a fun beach day for everyone. Enjoy a morning kayak or stand up paddle around the mangroves returning to enjoy breakfast on the patio, made in our state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, while watching the sunrise and sea life.

Enjoy our - ALL ON ONE FLOOR- 2100 sq. ft, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. A work vacation is also possible with the dedicated workspace in a quiet bedroom or any space you choose.

This house is NOT your place for parties of any kind or loud music and boisterous activities. WHBH is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. WHBH has outdoor cameras and decibel surveillance to monitor people coming in and out and noise level. There are no cameras inside the property for your privacy.

You will be asked to leave immediately if our rules are violated with no refund.

We work very hard to ensure our home is in excellent condition for each guest to experience a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation. To provide this great experience to each of our guests and to ensure we remain in good standing with our neighbors within our quiet residential neighborhood the following ‘House Rules” were established and are part of our listing and booking requirements.

All House Rules must be followed during your stay, there are no exceptions.

West Harbor Beach House Rules:

Minimum Age Limit for Renters 25 Years of Age and no more than 7 guests on the reservation. Current Drivers license must be provided to book this reservation.

1. All communication must be through the chat feature of the VRBO app
2. No Pets with family or visiting. The Owners have severe allergies
3. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property
4. No parties of any kind or spring breakers. This is a property for those who want to relax-not for wild parties-set in a quiet location.
5. No events of any kind held during your stay or increase in guest number on the property without prior owner approval.
6. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping on property. No drugs of any kind in or on the property or in the street. All guests must be NON-SMOKERS
7. This is a quiet family neighborhood and we have quiet time from 11:00 pm
to 8:00 am. Outdoor gathering must be peaceful and over by 11pm.
8. Due to Insurance Regulations, Absolutely NO PARKING in the garage. The driveway can accommodate only 3 cars.
9. No refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our house rules
10. All dirty dishes should be put in dishwasher.
11. Beds stripped and sheets and Towels should be left in laundry room.
12. Please do not make beds.
13. Garbage collection is Monday and Thursday. Take garbage out the night before, Sunday or Wednesday night..
14. Recycling collection is Monday. Take recycling out, yellow lid can, the night before.

*For the safety of our guests and the property, we have several security cameras set up to monitor the front and rear entryways and areas leading up to the home.
**After booking your stay at the West Harbor Beach House, you will be emailed a waiver to use the water activities on the property and a lease addendum that needs to be completed within 48 hours of booking your reservation.
