Diese Wohnanlage ist ideal für Urlauber, die sich gerade über alles tun wollen. Innerhalb von ca. 45 Minuten konnte man an den meisten Stränden entlang der Küste sein - wie zum Beispiel Clearwater, Indian Rocks, Treasure Island und Sarasota. Es ist auch 45 Minuten nach Disney World in die andere Richtung, nur 15 Minuten zu Busch Gardens in Tampa und einfachen Zugriff auf I-4, der Interstate 75 und der Autobahn. Sie können auch Cape Canaveral besuchen, die sich nur 90 Minuten entfernt.
Es gibt mehrere Einkaufszentren und ausgezeichneten Restaurants innerhalb von fünf Minuten. Innenstadt von Tampa ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt mit seiner schönen Uferpromenade Attraktionen, die Sie zu einer Vielzahl von Restaurants gehen k������������������������������������������������������nnen, Unterhaltung und Sportveranstaltungen. nicht zu vergessen historischen Ybor City, eine kleinere Version von New Orleans Französisch Quarter !!
Contemporty elegance 10 minutes from downtown Tampa and 15 minutes from Bush Gardens.
WE only two problems at our stay,1st we were told it slept 6 but, it only slept 5 with one person sleeping on the couch. we were told it had a washer and dryer, which it did . Little did we know that the washer would not work. We did report it not working ,and no one came to fix it. We had to use to washer at the laundry services which end up costing us $20 to wash clothes. Other than this we enjoyed our stay. It was a very pleasent place to stay and would be glad to tell others about it.
We had a great stay in Tampa. The condo was was very clean and the complex was well maintained. The owner was very easy to deal with. We had no issues and they did not harass us with emails and phone calls. Any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. Very satisfied customer!
This apartment felt like home. My wife and I stayed here a week. Clean comfortable bed nice TV's and a great view from screened in porch. All the handy things that you need to make your vacation a smooth one.
The apartment was very well organized, stacked with more than required amenities. Good quality furniture and very comfortable beds. Cody & his team were always available for questions and help. We extended our stay couple of times and Cody was very accommodating. He was generous enough to gives us discount due to unpredictable check out date. Would highly recommend.

I held off writing this review patiently waiting to hear from rental management owner. Since Janice Powell has not contacted me back, here is my review.
This unit is as described, clean and roomy. A good location for taking our children back to college as it was close to highway. There were five in our party: self, spouse, my father and our two college aged children. The kids stayed for one night and the couch and blow up mattress provided were sufficient.
During our "check in", I asked agent how safe the area was since it was a commercial area. She stated very safe and she said she lives in the complex herself. After we settled in, we headed out to dinner. My son left his car in the lot (no assigned parking spot) and we took one car to dinner.
Upon return, we noticed my sons car was hit in the drivers rear panel. It was hit hard enough to shift the back end of the car towards the next parking spot! I immediately called management agent and was told to contact police and they would call the Janice (management owner). Police could not do anything since it was on private property. Agent called back and said Janice would contact me soon but in the meantime, complex security would be out to see us. What a joke security was. The guy said "I will have to see if there are any cameras around". You don't know?? He then said there was a domestic disturbance earlier. Someone in the complex stated a couple were fighting and the man jumped in his car and sped away. (Obviously backed out of spot, hit our car and left). Security was called but by the time they arrived, there was no one around. They would investigate.
The problem I have is where is customer service? No, it wasn't managements fault or responsibly, I have insurance for that. BUT a phone call back would have been nice. We basically were a paying "guest", and an ounce of concern would have gone a long way in my eyes.
Because of this, I would not recommend using this management company. They basically take your money and that is it. If we left anything wrong in the unit, I'm sure they would contact us immediately. But, do they care if we were happy about our visit? I guess not.
