In "Oh So Chic Gramercy 'Schöne 1-Zimmer! In einem Luxus-Apartment & Aufzug Gebäude befindet sich im Gramercy Park area am 25. Straße & Lexington Avenue. Alles ist um den Block! Restaurants, U-Bahn ist 3 Blocks, der Times Square ist eine Fahrt mit dem Taxi oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Soho ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Taxi. Die Museen sind eine Taxifahrt entfernt, auf einem guten sonnigen Tag würden Sie nur gehen wollen, als ein Taxi nehmen, zu Fuß ist ein wahres Merkmal New Yorker & das würde Ihnen eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, was NYC zu bieten hat. Zu Fuß zu den Madison Square Garden und das Empire State Building. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Flachbild-LCD-TV, Wireless Internet. Gourmet-Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatte und oben auf der Linie Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl.
Die Konfiguration der Wohnung ist wie folgt. Apt Größe beträgt ca. 500 Quadratfuß. 2 Wohnbereiche. 1 Modernes Marmorbadezimmer (verfügt über eine Badewanne und Dusche-Kombination) und 1 Marble & Granite Küchenzeile mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl. Wohnfläche 1: verfügt über eine moderne Leder-Couch, die in ein Queen-Size-Bett zieht (für 2) einem Couchtisch. Ein Schrank. Modernes TV-Gerät mit einem LCD-TV. Wohnfläche 2: mit Essbereich & Küche. Verfügt über 2 elegante moderne Ledersofas, die sich in 2 großen Betten (für bis zu 4), kleiner Esstisch, die 4 Sitze ziehen. Schlafzimmer: verfügt über eine solide Mahagoni-Queensize-Bett (für 2) mit Nachttischen und Nachtlampen. Eine Gesamtzahl von 4 Betten einschließlich der Schlafsofas Bitte urteilen Sie selbst, wenn Ihre Partei wird bequem sein, wie jeder einzelne hat seine eigene Komfortniveau. Kostenlose Einrichtungen: Kabelfernsehen und Wireless Internet. Waschmaschinen-Trockner im Gebäude zur Verfügung 24 Stunden. Alle Nebenkosten sind im Preis inbegriffen.
We just got back after staying at Maaya's flat. I must say they have done a great job with the apartment, the apartment is spic & span, location is unbeatable, we were a group of 5 people and had a great time, one of the channels of the cable TV went off & my daughter had a fit since it was one of her favorite programs that was scheduled to start at 11pm, after much thought i called up Maaya (since it was 10.45 at night) and asked her if anything could be done, she didn't say much but told me that she will call up the cable company, that channel was up within 20 minutes, This did put a smile on my daughter's face, even thought we did not hear from her that night, we did get an email in the morning from her inquiring if all was well. Thank you Maaya for all your hospitality. We will definitely recommend you to our friends. Cheers. KS
1.Had to pick up key VERY far from the apartment. A HUGE inconvenience. I e-mailed her about this twice but chose not to respond to this issue. Had I known this while I was searching for a property, I would have selected a different property.
2. Apt was very poorly equipped. There was NO toilet paper, paper towels, hand towels, washcloths, dishtowels, sponge, dish brush, bath mat, toilet plunger or coffee pot!. These are standard items that ANY rental includes. Sheets and blankets were plentiful but ratty. The pillows and mattress had no protective covers. Downright nasty.Futons were ripped in the seams and the most uncomfortable to sleep on. The apartment had just been painted so there was a paint smell in the unit and it had not been put “back together”.
3.When toilet clogged. THERE WAS NO PLUNGER IN THE APARTMENT. Our daughters had to go across the street to Starbuck to relieve themselves while my husband ran to the Home Depot to purchase a plunger. I texted Maaya immediately, and I STILL have yet to receive a response. Luckily the plunger worked. I’m not sure how we would have proceeded if we needed to notify the super or a plumber.
4.Maaya was UNAVAILABLE before and during and after our stay. Every communication with her was like pulling teeth. She did not answer texts, which was the only telephone contact number she provided. A broken telephone or a non-functioning server is not an excuse for a person in business who is renting out an apartment. Call me or e-mail me. I had no other way to contact her had there been a more critical emergency in the apartment (let alone a common courtesy for guests).
My husband and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and found it to be perfect for our needs while visiting our college-student daughter. The apartment is clean and comfortable with plenty of towels, good wifi, very nice TV, good air conditioning...really everything we needed. The location was very convenient, too, with easy, budget-minded meals available nearby. Dagistino ( grocery store) is a block away which made our stay so convenient. The owner provided us with lots of great information and was very easy to work with. We would recommend this apartment and definitely stay here again.!
We loved the apartment & the area! Exactly how it was in the photos, and very comfortable. It was 6 of us we all had a fun time bonding and exploring the neighborhood. The owners were super nice too & gave us Wine bottle & recommendation to restaurants & bars ! The apartment is very close to everything, central location for getting anywhere around the city & very well connected with subway & buses. This was the second time I have been to New York & I am so glad I found such a wonderful place to stay that was near enough to everything with out being too expensive!
Great apartment, we had a excellent stay. The location is really nice. The building is located on 25th street, opposite Baruch collage. Trains are a 5 minute walk, 3rd avenue is about 100 feet away, restaurants of every kind here. This area is a residential and you will see very little tourists here.
I have been to NYC 2 times before and was really happy to have used VRBO. We were a family of 4 people and had no problems. Loved it.
