One of the very few chalets in Canada to feature a full-size indoor squash court, and the only one in Fernie, this exceptional property redefines the ski-in, ski-out experience through thoughtful design, breathtaking views, and an unmatched range of amenities.
Framed by the dramatic peaks of the Lizard Range, the chalet offers true ski-in access and expansive mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the outdoor hot tub, warm up by one of the gas fireplaces, or take in the alpine glow from the Great Room’s plush seating. Every space is designed to connect modern comfort with mountain serenity.

The home’s indoor sports court is its signature feature— a professionally finished squash, court which can also be used for other court games such as wallyball, badminton, ‘mini-padel/pickleball’, table tennis, etc. The court can also be used as a flexible play space for children and can be transformed into a yoga or fitness studio, or configured as a small conference venue for corporate retreats and workshops or even a wedding. On-site massage and yoga sessions can be arranged, bringing wellness directly to your stay.

Remember to pack your non-marking court shoes and sports gear! We provide a selection of rackets, balls, pickleball and table tennis bats, as well as a selection of yoga equipment.

The chalet offers two separate living areas with kitchens, providing exceptional flexibility for families, multi-generational groups, or corporate stays. The main chalet kitchen features premium appliances, a five-burner gas range, and generous counter space for group cooking. The open-concept layout keeps everyone connected—whether preparing meals, sharing stories, playing games or enjoying a drink by the fire. The dining table comfortably seats twelve, ideal for celebratory dinners and relaxed mountain breakfasts alike.

A separate suite with its own entrance includes a second kitchen and living space, offering added privacy or a self-contained setup for guests, teens, or extended family.

With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, the home provides a comfortable and adaptable layout for families and groups. There are 14 individual sleeping spots, allowing up to 10 guests to sleep comfortably. A dedicated kids’ annex with two day beds offers a relaxed, flexible space for younger guests while keeping them close to the main living areas.

Multiple lounge areas—including two main living rooms, three spaces with 4K screens and streaming services and Sonos audio. There is also a cozy loft with mountain views and seating, plus a dedicated games room with pool table and bar, making the chalet equally suited to entertainment, downtime, or remote work.
The garage accommodates two vehicles, with driveway parking for at least four more. Dedicated ski storage and convenient entry points make transitions from mountain to home effortless.
