Es gibt sonnige Strände und tropische Landschaft zur Verfügung, um Sie in diesem fabelhaften Lage. Die Anlagen sind wunderschön gestaltet und mit üppiger tropischer Vegetation für Ihren Genuss gehalten. Wir haben sogar einen Mangobaum, die köstliche Frucht hervorbringt.

Mit nur 16 Einheiten, es ist sehr privat und ruhig. Sowohl der Strand und Pool-Bereich sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Genießen Boogie-Boarding, Schwimmen, Paddle-Boarding, Surfen und romantischen Sonnenuntergang Spaziergänge. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar sowie kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Dieses große 3-Zimmer 1.500 sq. Ft. Stadthaus ist sehr sauber und einladend. Unser Stadthaus ist voll ausgestattet und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Private Veranda mit Blick auf das Meer, die Inseln Lanai und Molokai, Sonnenuntergänge und Regenbögen.

Can't wait to come back!

We had the immense pleasure of spending a week at Kahana Outrigger and we could not be happier! Our unit 1A1, was beautifully decorated, clean and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Spent every morning on the balcony eating breakfast enjoying the view. We were three couples staying there but it did not feel crowded at all. All rooms had A/C and its own bathroom.

The private beach is small and can only be enjoyed for 5 hours a day or so due to the water level rising so we'd hang out there for a a few hours, see a couple of giant see turtles (to our huge delight) and then we'd drive to a different beach every afternoon. There are many gorgeous beaches only 5-15 minutes away in each direction. If you don't want to drive to a beach, there is another beach to enjoy right next door. Seemed like a fairly good beach for kids as there werent really any waves to speak of.

We hardly ever heard our upstairs neighbors but everyone we met, including the outside maintenance person was very nice and friendly. This is not a party place, but if that's what you are looking for you can drive 10 minutes to Lahaina.

I would DEFINITELY recommend Kahana Outrigger to all my friends and family and I can't wait to return!

Good place for the price

This was my family's first time to Maui and we decided to go with this house. Lauren's response was very quick in the beginning until towards the end. I had to email her for directions of checking in when I was told I would get them after the final payment. I would have to email her at least twice before getting a response which was nerve racking since I would have to keep checking my emails and waiting. In the beginning she was great about answering all my questions though and accommodating all requests. Our plane was delayed and we didn't get to the house until late at night and come to find out the code we were given was wrong, thank goodness Stuart the onsite manager answered his phone to give us the right code! The house was decent though more than enough space for our group. Needs a bit of updating esp washer/dryer because it was heavily rusted. Beds were very comfortable, did have one blanket that smelled strong of urine but we just put it in the hall closet and that helped masked the smell. It was great having the beach in the back, loved that!!! Also the house was close to all activities so was great with helping to navigate the island. Overall good experience as one of first rental homes with VRBO and first time to Hawaii.

Vermieter-Kommentar: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Sometimes it can take me a day or two to respond to emails. Check-in instructions were given with plenty of advanced notice, so there was no need for any worry, although I am very sorry this guest felt that way. I always want people to be excited for their reservation, not worried or nervous. As a note, I feel I need to respond that none of our bedding has been soiled with urine and everything is laundered after each stay. If we had ever had an accident where a blanket or bedding was soiled this way, we would throw it away and replace. Cleanliness is super important to me, as I'm sure it is to guests too. Stuart, my amazing manager, didn't report anything to me and neither did this guest, this is the first time I'm seeing this information. I will still have Stuart investigate and throw away anything that seems suspicious. We have two lock boxes with separate codes. We double up just to prevent any lock outs as we have a self locking door. I think this guest probably got the codes mixed up, as they arrived late after a long day of travel. I provide the same check-in sheet to all guests and no one else has had an issue with the boxes or codes and nothing reported from my manager. If one wasn't working, I am sure I would hear about it. As this guest mentioned in her review, she and her family had an unfortunate day of travel with a late delay. I'm am sorry they had to experience that, I'm sure it was frustrating, we've all been there. She emailed wanting a refund of her first day due the delay and that they would be arriving late. It was very last minute and I didn't think what she was asking for was fair, so I declined. I am happy that they seemed to enjoy their stay overall. All of our kitchen appliances were just replaced/updated as well as a new AC in our living area (I'm sorry those didn't get a shout out, they are brand new). The washer and dryer will be replaced next.

Just returned from a 8 day stay at this property/condo and had the time of our lives. If you're looking for a stay at the Ritz or the feel of a Resort then this is not the place for you; but if you're looking for a place to stay with the family, a quiet retreat, a home away from home then this is the place for you. We are a family of 8 and there always seemed to be room by the pool (which my grandsons loved) and the bbq's were readily available. The condo was spacious and having 3 bathrooms and 3 TV's was a real treat. The beach is very small but large public beaches are just a 5 minute drive away. The view from the condo was spectacular. Lauren was very easy to work with and able to answer all of our questions. If we make a return trip to Maui this is definitely the where we hope we will be able to stay.

Beautiful, Serene Island Location

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 60th anniversary with our family at the Kahana Outrigger. Our condo was furnished with everything that we needed. We loved the pool and beach area. Our family had the pool to ourselves most of the week. There was a large oval

table on the deck overlooking the pool and ocean and most of the meals that we ate there we ate on the deck. There are two concrete benches out on a grassy area that overlooks the ocean and we spent some evenings out there watching the sunset. A few of the dinners were cooked on the grill by the pool and the grill was easy to use. The track on the sliding glass door going out to the deck needs to be repaired as the door is difficult to close and possibly some new screens. That did not keep us from enjoying every minute that we had there. We would return again.

good location, nice property, very quiet due to there only being 16 units.

very good location being directly in front of the pool. Didn't like the fact that there were steps everywhere, up to unit, in pool area. Unit was very dark, needs better lighting and also better furniture. Sofas, chairs, beds very uncomfortable. Liked the layout. We also rented another unit at the same time as there were 11 of us and we needed the extra rooms. That unit was much brighter and more inviting. We would come here again, would just make sure the unit we rent has been updated.
