I have stayed in this unit many times over the past several years and have always enjoyed my visits. The condo is in excellent condition, has a beautiful view, and feels like home away from home. I have brought my grandkids with me and it is a perfect place for them to enjoy too; the pool, beach, and lots of nearby activities. Love it!

The condo was a bit old and frayed. Although the bed was comfortable it really needed new bedding and pillows. The comforter looked really old. After getting settled in i noticed my feet were dirty as well as my husband's. The floor was dirty so I mopped it up. No oven in the kitchen not a single knife that would cut well. Mismatched flea market furniture. Not what we paid top dollar for. The condo units could also be rented out by a management company onsite. There were three levels...bronze silver and gold. According to the folks we talked to and the other units we saw we were paying more for less. Book with the condo management directly and get a gold unit...it will have more amenities in the unit and be priced better. We enjoyed our stay despite these issues but just felt others should know what you're getting for your money
I am so sorry you were not happy and thought the condo was dated. I know the floor was clean because I was there when it was mopped. There is an oven but it is a microwave/convection oven. I will certainly put new knifes in for the future, no one has brought that to my attention. I do price checks frequently and mine is significantly less than renting on site. My unit is being remodeled beginning May 1st. I will always bring tenants new accommodations or address any issues if they notify me. I make contact with everyone and ask if there are any issues and do they need anything, I am sorry you didn't let me know. Happy travels

Thank you so much for your hospitality as we stayed at your condo in late June. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had such a great time. We cannot wait to go back next year.

We could not have found a better vacation spot! The owner is so kind and helpful and quick to respond with any concerns or questions. (plus if you are looking to move, she is a realtor..FYI)
We had perfect views from our room that was super clean and decorated so cute as my daughter said. The location is on first floor which is a great location especially since we go back and forth to the pool, which is only a few steps then the beach is just a short few more steps away , no crossing any roads . We loved the private access to the beach as well... You can not go wrong if you are looking for a fun clean kid friendly place to stay in the St. Augustine area, plus short drive to town and stores and shopping if you ever leave the beach to do those types of activities..

a perfect quiet getaway
Highly recommend - I vacationed during the week of June 4th, 2017. I had stayed at Beacher's Lodge several times before, but this was my first time in Unit 120. The owner's unit was very well maintained and spotless upon my arrival (and I love that the bathroom exits to both the main hall AND the bedroom - not all of the units are arranged with the extra door between the bath and the bedroom - a welcome extra layer of privacy). Even though 120 is on the first floor, I had a great view of the ocean waves while sipping my coffee on the living room couch in the mornings. Deena was very easy to reach (we talked once before I arrived), but I never needed to call her while vacationing - everything was arranged for a supremely easy check-in and check-out. I used the wi-fi on a daily basis and it was absolutely reliable the entire time I was there. The beach in this area is very wide, wonderful for long walks, and most importantly, although it is near a public access point, is never crowded. The accomodations along this part of the beach are all houses and small condominiums (none more than 4 stories high), so traffic is also minimal. While this part of the beach is nicely quiet, grocery stores are only a ten minute drive (Publix and Winn-Dixie) as well as restaurants and other retail areas. There is a wonderfully large Barnes and Noble bookstore less than 20 minutes away. Also, for those last minute inexpensive beach purchases, a Dollar Store is about five minutes down the road (tastefully located in a strip shopping center). A perfect vacation spot for a getaway.
I am so happy that you enjoyed your stay, despite the unpredictable weather. I am sorry I didn't get to introduce myself while you were there but I made a last minute vacation plan myself. The condo looked great when I arrived and for that I am very thankful. I hope you come and visit again, great guests like you make it much easier to share my little piece of paradise.

Überprüfen Sie die Unterhaltung für St Johns Amphitheater, bevor er und die Show Sie schon immer wollten, um zu sehen finden.(nicht eine schlechte Sitz im Haus).

Hi, Welcome to my vacation getaway . I wanted to let you know a little about the condo rules, the most important is please take care of my place like you would want people to take care of yours. I am not on sight and the condo office is not affiliated with my unit. These units are individually owned and 50% are managed by the front office. Mine is not. In an event of an emergency you can contact me 904 483 7617. I will handle any problem as swiftly as possible. I have not really ever had anything bad go wrong thank goodness. There is no smoking inside the unit, no unauthorized pets or unregistered guests overnight. These violations will get you evicted without compensation. Things you will need to know. When you arrive to Unit 120 Beachers Lodge you will find a generic lock box on the door, press the code in and pull the little box out and the key is inside. There are parking passes inside you can place one in a visible area in your car. The location of the washer and Dryer is on the north side 2nd floor and3rd floor on the southside and the ice machines are opposite. There are trash receptacles at each end of the building and you take the garbage out as needed. The pool is at the south end of the bldg. The walk to the beach is by the pool.THE BEACH ACCESS CODE IS 9797. THE WI FI IS user name BEACHERS120 AND PASSWORD IS Deena120 Make yourself comfortable and enjoy. Basics are provided to start like papertowels and a few garbage bags. PLEASE DO NOT USE TOWEL AS RAGS TO WIPE UP SPILLS. UNIT LINEN S OR TOWELS SHOULD NOT LEAVE THE ROOM. BRING BEACH CHAIRS AND BEACH TOWELS. The pool has chair accommodations for you. It is a requirement to enjoy yourself thanks a lot
