The property was exactly as described and had all the necessary appliances and supplies. The beach was a short walk away but not too bad. Overall, the house accommodated three separate families quite nicely and we had a wonderful time there.

The house is very clean and well furnished, located in beautiful and quiet neigborhood, easy access to Cape Cod, Boston, Edaville theme park, and local Plymouth attractions. The owners are very attentive and responsive. We have a very good time and highly recommend. Thank you Mike and Joyce.

This tidy house with surprising space inside was just right for our family to live comfortably while enjoying the beach (led by 9 year old grandson, we were in the cold water), historical sites, and seafood dining. Beautiful inside and yard / plantings, well equipped kitchen, linens, beach gear and towels, and comfortable beds (essential for us) and furnishings. The setting very near Cape Cod Bay and beaches was amazing, a treat for us midwesterners. Communication with Mike was easy and ongoing to assure all the details. Thank you!

This lovely home has everything you need for a family vacation house. It’s quite spacious and everything is new and very clean. The kitchen has all the essentials and so much more. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for both showers and the beach. The outdoor shower was an awesome surprise and once discovered, I used only that everyday. A four burner grill with all the accoutrements was a nice feature that we used often. The yard is quintidential Plymouth/Cape with a nice ocean view as a plus. There are plenty of outdoor chairs to sit on in this beautiful yard. The beach is a short walk or there is private beach parking for us, and plenty of beach chairs and umbrella for your use. Hope to make this our annual beach house for years to come.
