The Habitus Project belongs to the latter.

It did not emerge as just another house, but as a study of dwelling. From the outset, the intention was not to impress, but to compose. Every line, every material, every object was selected to belong to a whole defined by coherence and precision.Upon entering the space, nothing is revealed all at once.

The Space.

The Habitus Project unfolds as a sequence of carefully composed spaces, where each room is part of a continuous architectural experience.

Living Area.
A calm, light-filled space defined by clean lines, natural materials, and carefully selected designer furniture. Large openings allow light and shadow to shape the atmosphere throughout the day, creating an environment ideal for relaxation and quiet moments.

Kitchen & Dining.
A fully equipped kitchen seamlessly integrated into the architecture, paired with a minimal dining area designed for slow, everyday rituals. Functional, refined, and uncluttered.

Bedrooms.
The apartment features two thoughtfully designed bedrooms:

A master bedroom with a king-size bed, offering a serene and minimal environment for deep rest.
A second bedroom with a single bed, ideal for one guest, designed with the same sense of calm and simplicity.

Both rooms emphasize comfort, soft textures, and a quiet, restful atmosphere.

Bathrooms.
The apartment includes two bathrooms, designed with the same architectural clarity and attention to detail. Clean lines, natural materials, and soft lighting create spaces that feel calm, functional, and refined, enhancing everyday routines with a sense of ease and privacy.

Flow & Experience.
The apartment reveals itself gradually, with spaces that guide you naturally from one area to another. Movement feels intuitive, creating a calm and cohesive living experience.

Design & Materials.

The space is defined by a carefully curated selection of contemporary design pieces, primarily sourced from leading Scandinavian brands such as Muuto, Knoll, Carl Hansen & Son, Ferm Living, and HAY. Each element has been chosen for its clarity, craftsmanship, and timeless presence.

At its core, the kitchen by DADA (Molteni & C) reflects a philosophy of precision and understated elegance.

Lighting is treated as an architectural element. Signature fixtures by Jean Prouvé, Sammode, and Panzeri introduce depth, warmth, and atmosphere, subtly shaping the experience of the space throughout the day.

The house operates almost cinematically. Volumes, shadows, textures, and openings compose an experience that unfolds gradually. It does not direct you, but subtly guides you. It invites you to move through it, to pause, to observe.

The furniture and lighting do not function as decoration, but as integral elements of the architectural narrative. Designer pieces, placed with intention, create an environment where nothing is accidental and nothing is superfluous.
