The apartment has 2 quiet bedrooms, a full bathroom, a welcoming open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a spacious balcony.

The bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat with incredibly comfortable beds for a refreshing night's sleep, air conditioning to adjust the temperature to your liking, and large closets to keep your belongings tidy.

The stylish and functional full bath has everything you need to refresh and prepare for your day, including hot water, shampoo and shower gel. In addition, there is a washing machine available for your needs.

The open plan combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area into an excellent gathering space. Use the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals and then enjoy them at the table that comfortably seats 4 people. Alternatively, relax in the lounge and enjoy your freshly prepared food while watching TV series for fun.

*Basic policy:
Guests have a pair of keys at their disposal.
If the keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30 euros for the cost of changing the lock.

If a visitor leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and cannot be accessed with a spare key, you will need to call a locksmith. In these cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key on the inside of the lock to prevent this situation.

There are 14 parking spaces available for the entire building, on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, free parking is available on our street.
