"I posted a review of the apartment. It demonstrates that we would not hesitate to rent from you again. We loved it. It was very attractive, incredibly well-maintained (it looked like every glass and dish had been polished) and we just love the location. We actually learned, after tons of trips to London, to use the tubes. Your apartment's easy access to a central tube station made getting almost anywhere very easy."

Wonderful Apartment

This is our third stay at this wonderful Kensington flat. It is very welcoming and comfortable. The flat is located half way between the Earls Court and Gloucester Road tube stations, giving one easy access to any place in London. The owner is terrific and always has someone at the flat when you arrive. Just a great place to stay.

Beautiful flat in a lovely neighborhood

This was the quintessential London flat. Supermarket nearby, subway stop 5 min walk. The neighborhood was very upscale and safe.

Fantastic location for a relaxing stay

My husband, son and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this beautiful apartment. We wished to be within walking distance of Imperial College London and this location was ideal - easy access by car (outside of the congestion charge zone) and close to a tube station but on a nice, quiet road. Supermarkets were close by (Sainsburys, Waitrose and Tesco Express) and it was an easy and fairly quiet 15 min walk to Kensington High Street.

The apartment has easy access with just a few steps up to the front door and was extremely spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped for meal preparation and there were also supplies of essential ingredients - tea, coffee, sugar, spices, etc. It was lovely to be able to return to a large lounge to relax at the end of the day.

Booking was quick and easy with the owner replying promptly to any queries and also checking that everything was to our satisfaction after we had arrived. Check in/check out was straightforward.

We would not hesitate to return to this lovely apartment.

Lovely flat in great location.

The flat was adequate space for our family of four (13 and 15 year old kids). The second room with the daybed is tiny. The couch in the living room was comfortable for the fourth sleeper. The galley kitchen is well equipped, although we didn't end up cooking much with all the eating establishments in the area.

The location is perfect, a short walk from Gloucester station and the grocery store. Nice neighborhood.

Silvia, the owner, was great to work with. There was a greeter waiting for us at the flat when we arrived to orient us. And she let us store our luggage in the flat after checkout so that we could hang out in the city longer before our flight out.

All in all, a lovely apartment and a nice stay. Would recommend!

Perfect location!

Silvia's place is inviting, well-equipped and in a wonderful location. Access to two tube stops and many grocery stores can't be beat. Since we tend to cook while traveling, it was important for the kitchen to have all of the amenities we need. Silvia didn't disappoint.

As a family of three, we look for a place with enough space to have personal space yet not feel to large. Silvia's is a nice balance.

Can't imagine a disappointed rental with this place.

Wonderful apartment & location

We spent a fantastic week at Silvia's apartment. It was our first visit to London, the apartment was conveniently located near a Tube station and the apartment itself was gorgeous. We are a family of 4 with 2 teen daughters...renting an apartment instead of 2 hotel rooms was a much better choice. Silvia was wonderful to work with, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to London!
