This unique holiday home is just 1km from Moycullen village and 16km from the bustling city of Galway. Moycullen has a selection of shops, restaurants and several venues for traditional Irish music. Moycullen is the perfect base for exploring Lough Corrib and a little further afield, Connemara National Park and the beautiful Burren.

This holiday home has been extended and renovated to a high standard. Packed with character and charm, many of the traditional features are exposed, including the original stone walls and overhead lintels at their original height. This unique holiday home has 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 guests:

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:
Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.
If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:
•Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.
•Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.
Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid in cash to the local Property Manager/Owner before check-in to your holiday home. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at other it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year, this can increase to €500 per property.
