Die Zahlung des Mietpreises ist nur in der vom Vermieter angegebenen Währung (Euro) möglich. Zahlungen in anderen Währungen müssen vorher mit dem Vermieter individuell vereinbart werden. Der Währungsrechner dient nur zur Orientierung und bildet keinen verbindlichen Umrechnungskurs für die Mietpreise ab.

Anmerkungen

• Base price is for 2 people - each additional person pays 10 €. One child under 4 stays free of charge. Cleaning fee: 30 €
  
  For example - Summer:
  - price for one night for 2 people is 70 €
  - for 3 - 80 €
  - for 4 - 90 €
  - for 5 - 100 €
  - for 6 - 110 €
  - for 7 - 120 €
  
  Prices for 2 OR 3 nights are the same (you pay 210 € for 2 or 3 nights if there are only 2 of you + 30 € cleaning = total 240 €)
  
  We ask for reservation payment, the rest you pay upon arrival, when getting the keys. We ask also for security deposit of 100 € which you get it back on departure.
  
  We are family friendly apartment, ask for baby-cot or/and safety rail. We provide this free of charge.
• Reservation is assured after the reservation payment confirmation on our bank account (we will give you all needed infos).
  Reservation cancellation:
  Guests have a right to the reservation payment return with the prior notice to quit until:
  - 14 to 8 days before the arrival date to 20% of the reservation value
  - 7 to 1 day before the arrival date to 0% of the reservation value
  Because of safety reasons we charge you deposit of 100 EUR. We will be glad to return you the deposit back when leaving the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival.
  Arrival time is between 2 pm and 6 pm unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
  Before arrival you have to inform us about approximate arrival time.
  Additional payment for the late arrival (between 9 pm and 12 pm): 20 EUR
  Additional payment for the night arrival (between 12 pm and 7 am): 40 EUR
  Payment for the whole rental bill should be paid with cash (€ - EUR) upon arrival
