Zahlungen in anderen Währungen müssen vorher mit dem Vermieter individuell vereinbart werden. Der Währungsrechner dient nur zur Orientierung und bildet keinen verbindlichen Umrechnungskurs für die Mietpreise ab.

Zusatzinformationen zu den Mietpreisen

• OFFER: A DISCOUNT OF €100 FOR A MAX OF 4 GUESTS SHARING TWO BEDROOMS IN THE MONTHS OF APR/MAY/JUN/SEPT
  Note: A booking can only be considered as a confirmed when deposit has been cleared.
  Payments: Credit card payments can be made via Western Union.
  1. Deposit 30% on booking (non refundable within 3 months of departure).
  2. Balance 70% 60 days prior to departure.
  3. A 10% administration charge will be applied to any cancellation from the time of booking up to 3 months prior to arrival.
  4. A charge of €100 for cleaning will be made if premises are not left as found.
  5. A refundable Security deposit of €300 in cash and held against any eventual charges for mobile phone calls, breakages or cleaning is payable on arrival.
  6. Central heating is not included and will be charged based on consumption and payable on departure. Central heating period usually runs from October 15 to April 15
  7. Minimum stay of 5 nights is on pro-rata basis for Monday to Friday in May or September
• Arrival time after 1600
  Departure time by 0900
  Please ensure your flights are booked to coincide with arrival and departure times.
  Late departures/early arrivals will incur a surcharge of Euro 15 per hour and must be agreed at the time of booking.
  Change over day is Saturday to Saturday in the months of July and August. We do try to be flexible in all other months but this will depend if we have existing bookings for Saturday arrival/departure around the time you require the property. We will do out utmost to accommodate you please ask.
