  We accept payments by UK/US cheque & electronic bank xfer, VISA (via paypal 3.5% charge). A generous electricity & water utilities allowance is built into the rental charges (on average $35 per week) - excessive electricity usage is charged at $0.125 per KWH. These rates assume a party of up to 4 adults- only - additional guests do incur higher utility costs & more wear & tear costs! Per our insurance requirements we are not allowed guests greater than six & cannot consider higher numbers. For guests greater than 4 adults - 5% rental supplement may apply depending upon your party & the rental period - ask if we doing any late deal specials for your period ! You will be getting an exceptional luxury home
  We require a £250 /$400 security deposit to confirm the booking which is returned to you at the end of your stay

• We do not price match other rental properties - we are offering you an exceptional luxury villa at a great price and we have an beautiful villa with a high level of amenities and which has been complemented many many times - just see our guest comments!

We have our own website which we would be happy to direct you to at gulfcoastfloridavilla dot net. On confirmation of booking, we would be happy to send you local attraction leaflets and information on SW Florida and pointing you in the direction of car hire companies, beaches, shops, local restaurants, Malls and any special interests you may have.
  We offer free local telephone calls, free wifi access, solar heated pool, and have our local agent available to answer any questions and deal with ad-hoc queries. We can also offer you a cleaning service during your stay and a starter welcome pack.
  We have a local agent who will be happy to deal with any day to day matters and we have a dedicated team of support suppliers to ensure that if any issues arise, they are dealt with prompty and to a quality standard.
