Mietpreise von Ferienwohnung am Strand in Silver Sands, Barbados

Die Zahlung des Mietpreises ist nur in der vom Vermieter angegebenen Währung (US-Dollar) möglich. Zahlungen in anderen Währungen müssen vorher mit dem Vermieter individuell vereinbart werden. Der Währungsrechner dient nur zur Orientierung und bildet keinen verbindlichen Umrechnungskurs für die Mietpreise ab.

Anmerkungen

• Rates are in us dollars, per apartment per night.
  Exclusive discounted rates 2013-2014 for all reservations! Cot (0/5 years) is available for all apartments at a 10 us$ supplement per night. Extra person if available at a 30 USD supplement per night in Blue ocean. After sending You an email confirmation with Apartment’s availability in the requested period and its relative costs, we need a written confirmation by You of the booking reservation with the payment of the 50% of the total amount of the stay. The Wire Bank transfer order must be done in $US (US Dollar) in our bank account within one week from the confirmation. The balance payment must be done strictly at the arrival in $US with a legal deposit of 400 USD for Blue Ocean Villa. We do not accept credit cards or different payment methods.
• If you will decide to cancel the reservation already confirmed you will have to pay the following penalties:
  Until 60 days before the arrival: 50% of the amount already paid + bank expenses (40$US)
  From 59 days to 15 days before the arrival: 80% of the amount already paid + bank expenses (40$US)
  From 14 days before the arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the amount already paid.
• Air Conditioned Supplement is 10 USD per night per bedroom (max 12 hours) and 20 USD per day and night per bedroom (24 hours). A brand new white baby-cot (1/5 years) is available too at a supplement of 10 USD per day including bed-linen, pillow and protections. Free High speed wireless connections available. Bed linen, towels, Gas, Water, Light, Vat and services are included in the prices like also boogie-boards, snorkelling equipment and golf equipment.
  We can collect you with a private driver from the airport to the apartment at a charge of 15 US$ per 2 people and 20 USD for 4 people.
  Please note that all Apartments are fully equipped and with Kitchenette.
