Die Zahlung des Mietpreises ist nur in der vom Vermieter angegebenen Währung (Englische Pfund) möglich. Zahlungen in anderen Währungen müssen vorher mit dem Vermieter individuell vereinbart werden. Der Währungsrechner dient nur zur Orientierung und bildet keinen verbindlichen Umrechnungskurs für die Mietpreise ab.

Anmerkungen

• Payment may be in Sterling (£) or Euro (€). A booking deposit of 50% is required on booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks before departure. Payment details will be provided when booking. Directions will be provided before departure and our manager will meet you with keys on your arrival. A security deposit of £250 is required. This will be refunded at the end of the holiday within 3 weeks of departure once our manager has checked the property. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout all bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen.
  Please note that our manager will take an electricity reading at the beginning and end of each stay and a charge of 20c (Euro) per unit will be made. During winter and spring our manager also notes the gas consumption used for the underfloor heating and a charge will be made.
• We are flexible over the changeover day but do prefer Saturday if possible.
  Normally we would ask that the villa is vacated by 10am on the day of departure and arrival time is not before 3pm. These times can be varied within reason on request. For instance if arrival or departure times are in the evening then arrangements can be made to accommodate this.
  We are interested in long term lets particularly in the winter and spring months.
