My wife and I had a short break in Cyprus in August 2011 which, with hindsight, was probably not the best time of year for northerners more used to the wind and rain of Yorkshire; it was so hot! But that didn't matter if at the end of the day you could sit out on a balcony supping a nice cold beer and watch the world go by. Marc's apartment was fantastic and had a/c in the bedroom to deal with the warm nights to which we were not accustomed. Everthing that you could ever need was catered for in the apartment. Because we were only there for a short break we ate out every night and didn't need to use the kitchen but had we needed to, everything was there right down to a garlic crusher. The apartment is large, bright and tastefully furnished with personal items Marc has collected from around the world making it a real 'home from home'. The location of the apartment was excellent - just a 5 minute stroll to the main road and the tourist strip with an array of bars and places to eat. That said, the road on which the apartment was situated was so peaceful you would never believe that the nightlife was only a block away. Like most places in Europe that have embraced the Euro, Cyprus is not as cheap as it once was and eating out can be a little pricey so do check the menus displayed outside the bars etc. This is exacerbated by poor exchange rates at the moment. Marc recommends 'The Woodman' and I would concur. It is a sports bar that does typical pub grub and while only slightly more expensive than a similar pub in the UK, it is good hearty grub in nice surroundings. Equally, Pizza Hut (just around the corner) had an 'all you can eat' promotion on during our stay and a very reasonable price. For food shopping, there is a hypermarket (Papa's) just around the corner which stocks just about everything one would need including imported items from the UK under the 'Waitrose' branding. There is also a lovely in-store bakery with fantastic cakes and pastries. Would I stay in Marc's apartment if I ever went to Limassol again? Absolutely. Would I recommend this apartment to others? You bet. Thank you Marc, your apartment is lovely and we had a smashing time.

The whole tone of this deal was akin to borrowing the long established home of a personal friend who likes his comfort.
Marc supplies a wealth of precise and detailed information both by e-mail and in the apartment to cover all bases, in a concerted effort to ensure that the holiday experience will be a total success. Louise cleans and polishes to the highest standard, presenting the apartment to perfection.
The Visitors Book goes back to 1992 with favourable, often gushing comment and we noted much repeat business both for the short and longer stay.
It was so nice to have the creature comforts at hand which make living pleasant; from His and Hers dressing gowns to a choice of picnic cool boxes.
Some practicalities:- An excess of good quality bath and hand towels is provided, so there is a suitcase weight saving available. Payment of the deposit and balance is to Marc’s UK bank account, so it is secure and free of charges, using UK bank credit transfer. Thus there is no inconvenience of International Money Transfer to A.N.Other, with its attendant risks and two fees.
The flat is on a totally residential estate, quiet for sleeping, yet is only a short walk from the beach and the massed activity of bars and restaurants on the coastal strip.
We think that this apartment would suit a more discerning clientele; perhaps wishing to use it as a central touring base as we did for two weeks, or simply to reside quietly and comfortably, yet within a short walking distance holiday facilities.

Stayed in Marc apartment from the 25th Aug to 8th Sept and only booked it at short notice from the 21st Aug, Marc was excellent in getting back to me asap and kept in touch with contact numbers for our arrival etc cant thank him enough. The apartment was home from home and well stocked i actually tried to think of something that was needed that Marc hadnt thought of and could not come up with anything, its by far the most stocked out apartment i have stayed in during my last 12 yrs visiting Limassol, kitchen equipment is excellent. Location excellent, everything on your door step from supermarkets, restraunts, bus stops and most of all the beach across the road. Airconditioning is excellent in the bedroom and although there is fans in lounge and kitchen another aircon would go down a treat in the kitchen but that is not a negative as i would stay there again. Finally thanks Marc and Louise for your help, we have lots of friends coming out next year and i will certainly reccommend the apartment, take care, Val, Hartlepool, England.

We stayed at Pecora Gardens for 4 days while attendinmg a Wedding Reception the location was perfect for the Town centre and the flat had everything init that you should want, the air conditioning in the bedroom worked well and Louise was very helpful

we had a 12 week stay in this most luxurious fully fitted apartment in limassol cyprus in our opinion the best apartment we have used in 29 year's of visting cyprus every thing is at hand super market ,shops, tavern'a, restaurant's,cinema,beautiful beach, you name it limassol's got it, all there for your entertainment, visit the local taverna and meet the local cypriot's a friendly hand shake and look forward to the best hospitality in the world, have a great time in limassol like we did a big thank you to marc for all his help thank's marc for letting us have your beautiful apartment.

Excellent rental town apartment, facilities and detail to attention by the owner was far more than adaquate for a self catering rental.
Location perfect for a town apartment, in the tourist area and easy walking distance to good beach, shops, restaurants and supermarket.
For our first rental of an apartment, Marc, the owner could not be more helpful and puts your mind at rest. We had a very good holiday in Limassol.

This was a superb flat which was well furnished, clean and had everything available to contribute to a good and succesful holiday. The property was well maintained and the owner has gone to great lengths to make his guests as comfortable as they would be at home. I would certainly recommend this flat to my friends and relatives if they were to holiday in Cyprus. The property was in a good location, close to the tourist area and beach and a variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We would like to holiday in the flat again.
