Sue and Steve were great hosts, ready to offer help and local information when needed, without being intrusive.
The Garden Apartment was everything we'd hoped for. Steve's talent as a cabinet maker was obvious and Sue's touches made for a very comfortable stay.
The property was immaculately presented, with everything you could need, including loungers for the garden and English tv channels.
Our favourite thing to do was enjoy lunch on our own terrace looking out over Sue and Steve's lovely garden. When we managed to drag ourselves away, there were lots of places along the river to try out the local restaurants.
We had a wonderful break and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family. We are already planning a return trip!

We have had a fantastic stay in your wonderful apartment, it had everything we needed for a very relaxing and peaceful time. Thank you for your kind hospitality and the local "goodies"---home grown salad& herbs and fresh bread!
We have enjoyed exploring Brittany---especially on bikes and hope to be back one day in the not too distant future.

It is rare that websites tell a true tale of the rented property but this is one time where the place exceeded our expectations.The gite is very comfortable and the gardens were beautiful.Steve's furniture is lovely and made us feel really at home.Sue & Steve were perfect hosts--there when we needed them, and the welcome basketand the flowers a lovely surprise.Sadly the weather was some what cloudy with rain, but when the sun came out, we had some memorable meals sitting watching the sea at Cancale and Lyvet.

From the wood craftsmanship in this great apartment to the beautiful gardens; from the short drizzle to the long heat & sunshine of these few days; from this great "stopping out point " to the Emerald coast, to the company of you both---what's not to love. Great work!

Thanks a lot for raising this beautiful appartment.We had 2 weeks far apart from home, but felt like being there in this very relaxed and cosy atmosphere at La Binellerie.The food from your garden was delicious and we enjoyed having our breakfast & dinner here on the terrace.
