Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with all necessary essentials including fast free wifi connection provided…ideal for sending immediate photos to friends and family! Well equipped kitchen to cook when staying in. Great location for long walks along the beach with lots of restaurants and coffee stops all the way along! The owner was very helpful and efficient in providing information and with the booking process. Love the daybed on the balcony which is very comfortable for ‘relaxing time’. Friends recommended this property to me and I was not disappointed…would definitely recommend it too others. My only regret, should have stayed longer and for this reason I have booked my next stay already!

We wanted a week get away and this apartment was perfect! It was really well decorated, spotless and clean and we really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace; the sun lounges were great. We couldn't have asked for a better location either, across the road from the beach plus there was loads of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. It's also really easy to explore the other towns along the Riviera from here. We'll be back!

This lovely, light, spacious yet cosy apartment is ideal for a winter break, whatever the weather! You need never be bored! It is perfectly placed for all forms of transport and even in the 'not so good' weather, there are galleries, museums, gardens, pretty villages and shops to visit. You can walk, cycle, boat watch, people watch or lounge on the lovely day-bed on the large sunny balcony. It is in a very friendly neighbourhood, plenty of restaurants, local shops and wonderful boulangerie. It's a real haven of peace and birdsong set in gardens yet close to everything.
We loved the covered market in Menton (a rival to Florence!) and the nearby village of Vence.
The apartment is well equipped and practical and very secure and the owner easy to deal with so it has been a very relaxing experience. We drove down and parked in the secure undergound carpark but you could manage very easily without a car at all. Our month passed far too quickly and we would love to return.

What an unbeatable location - across the street from a great beach, minutes to Cros de cagnes, where we found a great selection of restaurants.
The apartment had been beautifully updated and we were left with everything we could possibly need - lounge chairs, umbrella's and more. This is absolutely worth a visit and we would certainly recommend it!
We had the most amazing time on our first visit to the area and loved our accommodation .

We have enoyed 2 holidays at Karens apartment in Cagnes-Sur-Mer. The standard of the Accomodation is very high and we felt very safe and relaxed in the apartment.
As this was our second visit we took the opportunity to discover a few small local restaurants away from the seafront which were particularly good, and also we took advantage of the well equiped kitchen to eat in on a number of occasions.
The large balconies to both the front and back are real plus points for the apartment and were well used by all of us . The pool is great and we had no problem in finding sunbeds at any time during the day- however without any umbrellas or natural shade for most of the day a decent amount of suncream is required.
We hired a car during our stay and were really pleased that we did. There are some marvellous towns and scenery along the coast and we were able to enjoy visiting some great places from as way as the Italian border in the east to San Tropez in the west.
Overall a great place to stay in the South of France, Highly recommended.

The apartments is very clean, comfortable, large and good equipped. we stayed with children - perfect, pool is blocked so you could leave them there, Very safety area. Shops are near. I didn't like the sea in Cagnes Sur Mer, but thats depends of your expectations. Location is great for all the things to do.
Could recommend for couples, families, short and longterm holidays.

I flew into Nice and got my first lovely surprise, I jumped on the bus at the airport, paid only €1 fair, only had to travel 5 stops, about 10 mins, got off the bus and had about a 2 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment is lovely, bright with two separate balconies and well furnished. I also enjoyed some quiet time at the pool. It was a short walk to the trains, shops, very nice and affordable restaurants, a lovel board walk with plenty of room for rollerblading and a beautiful beach.
I was sorry I had only booked three days off work.

I stayed here with friends for a long weekend and it was so comfortable and relaxing. It's not grand or over the top just a great location with a spacious living space and a large balcony. Walking distance to the local shops for fresh croissants in the morning and 2 mins to the beach. Loved it!
