Die Penthouse- Etage besteht aus 2 Appartements. Sie können wählen zwischen einem 2-räumigen Appartement mit einer exklusiven 60m² großen Terrasse, ideal für 2-5 Personen, oder dem Studio- Appartement mit einem Raum und Balkon, für 1-3 Personen oder Sie mieten die gesamte Etage mit Schlafplätzen für 8 Personen. Liebevoll gestaltetes Appartment mit Terrasse

Wir, eine Familie aus Hamburg, besuchten Rom zum fünften Mal in der Zeit vom 23.-28.9.08. Es war perfekt. Ein bestellter Wagen hat uns vom Flughafen Fiumicino abgeholt und im Appartment hat Hanne auf uns gewartet und alles erklärt. Das Appartment wird von Ihr so liebevoll gepflegt und dekoriert, daß wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Nach anstrengenden Fußmärschen durch Rom konnten wir auf der Terrasse oder auf der Dachterrasse herrlich entspannen und bis in den Abend das schöne Wetter und die Vorstadtidylle genießen. Der Weg zum Petersdom mit der Buslinie 88 war auch kein Problem. Es gab zwei Supermärkte in der Nähe, in denen wir alles für unsere Selbstversorgung besorgen konnten und in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche machte das Kochen viel Spaß und das anschließende Essen auf dem Balkon war ein Genuß. Wir können dieses Appartment ohne wenn und aber weiterempfehlen und ich würde es nächstes Jahr auch gern wieder besuchen. Bis bald Hanne und vielen Dank für Deine Gastfreundschaft.

Peace in the Valley

This is the right place to be after a long day of sightseeing and shopping in beautiful Rome. The beautiful terrace is the best part of the apartment, for breakfast, to stretch out in the sun or to find peace in the evening with a glass of wine.
The bus ride into town can be a little crowded but it has its charm.
The apartment is well equipped, and the stores nearby provide you with everything you need to eat and drink.

My husband and I stayed for a week in this excellent apartment. It was a little outside of the city center and required taking buses but they were readily available with a short trip. The terrace was wonderful to come back for a glass of wine and dinner after a long day site seeing. Hanne was a gracious host ensuring all our needs and questions were met. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to see Rome but can easily get out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

4 romantic days in Rome; November 2007

Our first visit to Rome. We was warmly welcomed by Hanne in this beautiful appartment. We started our stay in Rome on the roof terrace; enjoying the afternoon sun and the wiew; with a bottle of sparkling wine. Unforgetable!
After a day in the city, with lot of impressions; it was nice to come back to the appartment to have some relax, a good nigth sleep and a tasty breakfast, before a new exiting day in the city. The bus connection worked out very well. The first evening we took a taxi from the city, but
the driver had trouble finding the adress, so we used the bus the other evenings. The last evening we ate at the pizza restaurant in the neighburhood. It was crowded with
local residents with true italian atmosphere. Highly recomendable!! And the pizza was terriffic! I hope we can come back to Rome and stay in Hanne's appartment some other time.

For a small family with a four year old boy the apartment was an excellent retreat during our New Years Holiday. We enjoyed the quietness of the location, easy transport to city center, and not least the opportunity to spend time outside in the sun even if it was January. Last but not least, friendly support and advise from the owner made our stay a most pleasant one.

This lovely apartment with its excellent terraces offered the perfect setting for our week long stay in Rome. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood with some excellent restaurants. Short walk to bus stop with frequent service to Rome city centre. Relaxing on the terrace with a glass of chilled white wine after a long day of sightseeing is my idea of perfect! And what a friendly, fun, knowledgeable, service minded hostess, too :-) Excellent quality and highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for the first time in 2006 and have been back yearly since.
It is fully furnished and very clean, situated in a suburban area. It's like a second home for us, decorated nicely and with the owner as host. Alle these things mean a lot to us.
The reason we booked it the first time was the terrace. And the terrace is incredible. 60 square meters, high-quality furniture and a view! This is where you really let your shoulders drop. And it's only for you and totally private.
A word of advice : this is not for the party crowd. It is after all a residential area.

Been there - love it - will always wish to return

Stayed one week Oct./Nov. 2007 - this is just perfect when you wish to stay close to city without city sounds and noise. Week bus ticket card at Tabac, 3-4 min's to bus stop and 12-15 min's ride to the best part of old Rome (avoid peak hours). Anything (almost) within 15 min walk from terminus - and in this part of Rome, walking is the only way to travel for those who wish to SEE.
Locally in Pisana - good eating and friendly restaurants and shops for all needs in a busy, still quiet neighbour-hood where your hostess Hanne is just a minute away - if you need her. Do take advantage of her airport limo assistance - not expensive and absolutely faster than any public system.
Apartment is clean, well equipped, and with the terraces on two levels you may find sun or shade just as you deesire. BIG beds - climate control (not noisy) - quiet at night and a green neighbourhood - this is the real Italy and Rome.
