Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern für 5 Nächte in der großen Ferienwohnung und haben es sehr genossen. Man ist ein gutes Ende oberhalb des Sees mit fantastischer Aussicht. Es gibt einen großen in Terassen angelegten Garten mit Schaukel und Wasseranschluss zum Planschen. Bänke und Liegestühle sind auch dort. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuss gibt es eine Pizzeria.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und fühlten uns bei Giulio gut aufgehoben.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und auch mit kleinen Kindern gut geeignet. Es gab auch einen Hochstuhl, ein Kinderbettchen sowie einen Rausfallschutz für eins der Einzelbetten. Die Fenster haben alle Fliegengitter. Und morgens frische Brötchen vor der Tür :)
Unten im Ort kriegt man eigentlich schon alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Es gibt dort ein paar kleine Läden. In Toscolano gibt es dann auch Supermärkte.

Thankyou so much for your wonderfull hospitality. My family and I really struck gold with our week at your property taking in the beautiful srroundings and the view of the lake. We are still telling everyone about our stay and are still wondering why we hadn't ventured to Italy before now.
Your knowledge of the area was a great help and the fresh bread in the morning, along with the extremely palletable wine made for a holiday that will stay in our memories for a very long time. The balance of independance and also being able to call on you when ever we needed was perfect so thanks once again for being a super host
The restaraunt in the village was amazing and our children loved the space they had in and around the accommodation which always makes for a calming holiday with a 10 and 7 year old. 10/10

Wir hatten das Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Eingang und einer kleinen (aber vollkommen ausreichenden) Terasse, von der aus man einen fantastischen Blick über den Gardasee hat. Das Zimmer mit den großen Holzbalken an der Decke ist geräumig und wirkt in keiner Weise eng oder überladen und ist schön eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Durch die separat untergebrachte (nur wenige Schritte vom Zimmer aus) und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattete Küche ist es leicht, sich zu verpflegen (und frische Brötchen gibt es morgens immer von Giulio).

Pisaloc liegt wirklich ruhig, der Gardasee ist aber trotzdem in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar (man kann aber, wenn man dies will, auch gut zu Fuß nach Bogliaco gehen - was wir getan haben), um am Strand zu liegen und die Sonne und das Wasser zu genießen.

Genauso leicht ist es, direkt von Pisaloc aus ins Hinterland zu wandern. Hier gibt es wirklich für jeden Geschmack den passenden Wanderweg. Wir sind z.B.über Sasso zur Einsiedelei San Valentino gewandert - kurz vor der Einsiedelei wird es etwas felsig und steil - ein Erlebnis!

Und wer sich gar nicht bewegen will: Pisaloc lädt ein zum Entspannen, im Schatten sitzen und lesen etc.

Alles in allem: Für uns ein wirklich idealer Ort, um in Ruhe Urlaub zu machen.

we stayed at the room for 2 and had a little terrace for breakfast or for relaxing with a beautiful view on the lake. there is also a garden to chill in the afternoon or evening... Guilios fresh bread service in the morning was also very nice! This agriturismo is perfect for a calm stay, and is a good starting point for excursions.

Many thanks for Giulio and his wife. The place is as good or even better than promised. What a perfect place to enjoy Italy, summer, Garda view and so on.

Apartment is very good for a fanilly vacation. It is easy enough to enjoy afternoon walk to the village, have a refreshment in the harbor, make shopping and walk back. Or visit nearby excellent restaurant.

I can also recommend Giulios olive oil and house wine.

Whenever I make another family vacation to Lake Garda, I will first mail to this place and see if it is free.

When you turn away from the road along lake Garda near Bogliaco, you never imagine where the narrow road upwards leads you to: a perfect traditional stone cottage, turned into a friendly holiday home with a splendid view at Lake Garda !

Everything is there for having a calm and pleasant time: a terrace with a barbecue, olivetrees wherever you look, a footpath where sometimes also a horseman or a mountain-biker comes along.
Inside you have a simple but sufficient living with a kitchen in the corner; upstairs a sleeping room with double bed and a bathroom.

The little villages of Cecina and Fornico you can reach by walking. By car you can explore the western side of Lake Garda, with places like Salo, Gardone, Toscolano-Maderno and others. Also the ferry to Torri del Benaco is a
good suggestion: from there you can reach the Monte Baldo by car !

The host, Giulio, makes his own wine and olive oil; every morning he brings you fresh breadrolls if you want !
He is a kind host, speaks English very well and likes to give his guests a good time.

We spent a wonderfull time in the cottage and will surely come back once....

If your are not afraid of a narrow road, which you have to drive for about 10 minutes from the lake near bogliaco, you will find a perfect place for calm and peaceful holidays in between olive-trees and oleander plants overlooking the south part of lake garda. It is not luxury, but you will find all what you need: proper rooms, cooking-facilities, a bath-room with shower, a terrace with sunchairs, table and a barbecue - and not to forget, bread in the morning as a service of Giulio. And if you have any problems, I'm sure, he will help you.

Wow! I have just had the best holiday of my life staying at this Beautiful Farmhouse at Lake Garda.

My Boyfriend and I stayed here for 7nights and we honestly did not want to leave. We arrived late into Milan Airport and found the Farmhouse easily. We awoke to our lovely breakfast overlooking the most amazing view of Lake Garda. Giulio is the owner of the Farmhouse, he is a great a genuine man with a wealth of information and advice to give us everyday before we ventured down to the lake or on our daytrips. He has a heart of gold and his sense of humor kept us laughing all week. He was so helpful and even let us come to a beautiful Italian Mass with him. Giulio is an well traveled accomplished Sailor , he speaks many languages and there is nothing he does not know.

The Farmhouse was Beautiful and the views of the lakes and the cliffs were breathtaking. On the outside it possesses all the Charm of an Italian Farmhouse; grape vines, Apricot trees, beautiful flowers and a huge olive grove. Giulio makes his own wine, olive oil and fresh juices, all of which are delicious. There is a fresh running well, which we used to fill our water bottles every morning. Inside the building is modern and immaculately clean, Giulio provided us with fresh towels and bedlinen; the bed were so comfortable. There was a steaming hot modern shower and bathroom. We could not have asked for more.

We did Venice & Verone etc but If I could recommend one activity to do away from the Lake, it would be Horse riding!! Giulio accompanied us on our journey into the Italy from days of old. Here we met Lanfranco an old friend of Giulio’s, an eccentric, funny,warm Italian who loves Van Morrison! He saddled up 3 beautiful free spirited horses and took us on a ride we will never forget. The views were breathtaking as we ascended the Mountain peaks and rode 3hours through old forests and villages, then it was back to Lanfranco’s house, where he cooked us the most amazing Italian meal and we shared wine, food and a lot of laughs. This was the highlight of our trip as we got a real insight into the Italian life and the hospitality of its people.

I really cannot recommend this place enough. The area is very reasonably priced for eating out. Pizza for 2 or 3 people is on average around €7. One litre of delicious house wine is around €9. Families would love it here, words alone can’t describe what awaits you. Go see for yourself, you will be captivated.
