Ferienwohnung in Calpe, Alicante Costa Blanca, Spanien:
Ferienwohnung im 12. Stock einer sicheren Privatanlage (Aufzug ist vorhanden), Meerblick. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt eine kontrollierbare Klimaanlage + eine Heizung für die kühleren Monate. Es gibt 2 helle + luftige Schlafzimmer, alle mit Einbaukleiderschränken. 2 Doppelschlafzimmer, eines mit Ensuite-Badezimmer. Es gibt auch ein weiteres Badezimmer. Die Küche ist komplett mit einem Ofen/Herdplatte, einem großen Kühl-/Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Der Hauswirtschaftsraum hat eine automatische Waschmaschine + einen Wäschetrockner. Der Wohnbereich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, für die Unterhaltung steht Ihnen ein Fernseher zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen Essbereich mit 6 Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand ist mit einem Tisch und Stühlen für Mahlzeiten im Freien ausgestattet. Um das Landschaftsanwesen gibt es einen Tennisplatz. Der Strand und die Restaurants/Bars, etc. sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely brilliant time at Santa Clara. The whole building was amazing & the apartment was just beautiful. It was just so nice to hear the waves every day! We will definitely be back, hopefully next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful time visiting Calpe. The apartment is fantastic, very comfortable and well equipped. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony never tiring of the spectacular views and it was so calming to wake to the sound of the sea below. The pool area is well cared for and to a high standard. Everybody was welcoming and friendly and we were sorry when it was time to come home!

We had such a wonderful time in Calpe, the apartment was perfect, elegant, charming and comfortable, the view amazing!
We enjoyed staying here and did not miss nothing. The apartment is located in a front of sea next to the beach. Really perfect, what more do you want!

this is the third year we rent the 13A or D penthouse in Edificio Santa Clara, every year during the month of May and October.
Wonderfull appartment, wonderfull service from Mrs CarmenMas and Mrs Marianna, the concierge.
This is the most perfect location for us in Calpe! We recommend it to all our friends (every season, but NOT during our holidays in May and October!!!)

Had a wonderful stay at Santa Clara.Everyone involved in the management of the apartment we stayed in did everything and more to make our stay so enjoyable. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and the views from the balconies were just spectacular. to walk out first thing in the morning to the sound of water lapping so close and to see the sun glistening over the sea just took our breath away. Can't wait to go again.

Wonderful Apartment With Exceptional Views.

This year will be our fifth visit to these fantastic apartments. We went for the first time in 2006 and really could not believe the location of the apartment. Everything is spacious and very clean. The balcony overlooks the sea, as does the main en-suite bedroom, and you go to sleep and wake up to the waves lapping the shore; it is idyllic.
There are two very large bedrooms each with their own balcony, and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The lounge/dining area is a lovely room to relax in and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. It really is home from home.
The apartment is in a wonderful location, with the main beach being only a 5 minute walk away and a smaller beach directly across the road. There are plenty of bars and restaurants located only 2 minutes away. The nightlife is great, but the apartment is situated far enough away to make staying in Santa Clara very peaceful. Carmen, the owner, and Marianne the concierge are lovely people to deal with and they will accommodate you wherever they can. They make you feel very welcome.
This is a fantastic place to spend your holidays and we cannot recommend these apartments highly enough.

L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est un peu éloigné du centre mais cela permet d'être au calme. Il est à proximité des commerces et de la plage. La vue est spendide!!! L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre, de haut standing, et très confortable. C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix. La propriétaire est très aimable et discrête. Nous conseillons cet appartement.
