We were 8 people from Italy, and stayed in this house for 4 nights.
The house has 3 comfortable sleeping room, and 2 sofa bed, a large kitchen, and all needed utilities. wifi and salettite tv are included. the position is close to centre (20 mins walk from Temple Bar). Cleaning was OK. The manager is precise, kind and helpful. Markets, pubs, restaurants are in the neighbourhood. Inside the house, depliants and guides are provided. We absolutely recommend this location for a good Dublin experience.

My sister, my cousin, our friend and I rented this house for our winter vacation in January. We had an absolute wonderful stay. The house was exactly as the description says and the photos aren't misleading at all. Its clean, spacious, and a great location. When we arrived we had mentioned to Simon some tours we wanted to do and he recommended we use the Paddywagon Tours, and they were fabulous!! In one week we were able to see the cliffs of moher, the ring of kerry, wicklow park and the blarney castle! If we didn't know about Paddywagon we wouldn't have been able to see as much as we did! Simon was available throughout our stay to help answer any questions or problems that arrised. He was great to set up our airport transportation for us as well.

I would recommend this rental to all; it’s about a 10-15min walk to O'Connell Street and not much farther from the shopping at Grafton Street or the Pubs in temple bar! Simon also recommended some great restaurants and McGowan’s Pub that is about a 3 minute walk from the house!

We didn’t want to come home, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We were a group of 7 girls on a hen do and had a fantastic time.

The house was brilliant, perfect for our stay. The facilities were great, we had everything we needed from towels, hairdryers to kitchen equipment and entertainment.

Simon was very hospitable and provided valuable information about the area and restaurants etc. His wife's scones were delicious and a lovely touch. There were weather reports, maps to guide us to the city centre and plenty of information about local attractions.

We were also able to decorate the house for the hen do which was great.

Location was really good - 10 to 15 min walk away from the town centre and there was a Tesco near by to stock up on food.

I would highly recommend a stay at Auburn Street whether it's for a hen party or holiday.

We stayed 6 adults and 3 toddlers in this apartment for a week. It is modern and well equipped with all you need as a family. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our inquires. When we arrived there where fresh scones, milk, butter, orange juice and bread in the fridge. It was even a dedicated beer fridge. The pictures don't lie and the place looks good. Playground and a pub 200m away was very convenient.

Wow what a cool place! Historic home feel with contemporary updates and amenities that combined massive charm with practicality -- and plenty of room for my husband and I plus our 2 nieces and nephews. Huge kitchen and eat in area were great for breakfasts and a dinner in. A wee bit of a hike into downtown in terms of walking, but definitely doable
; ) Our host Simon was incredibly helpful and friendly. Can't recommend highly enough. If you're looking for an authentic "North of the Liffey" place to stay with loads of local character close to the city center - look no further. We loved it. Thanks Simon ; )

Simon and Jo are just fabulous! Could not want for more hospitable hosts. Lovely house, lovely setting - all the details have been well thought out, including a wonderfully sophisticated system for recycling. Go Green!!! Don't think I have any negatives, other than creaky floorboards, but what can you do? We'd come back for sure!!!

With two young children and four adults this property absorbed everyone easily. We loved the big kitchen, it had such a great feel to it. It was a lovely place to come home to every day and the park around the corner was fantastic.

We were 5 guys from diffent places in Europe that decided to meet up in Dublin. The apartment in Auburn street was absolutely perfect for us. It is spacious and very nicely furnished. Good beds and a nice kitchen. Even a small outside area that is really cozy. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.
