I have recently celebrated my 50th birthday with my family at Villa de la Nina, and can only describe it's location as stunning. The facilities in the Villa we found to be very comfortable and the villa was very clean. Upon arriving we were met by the owner, Pete, who was extremely helpful, friendly and informative about the area, facilities and places of interest. The local bars in Archez, provided excellent meals and the staff/locals were all very friendly. The village also has a shop which we used regularly as it stocked pretty much everything we needed. There are larger supermarkets just a few kilometres away. The views from the villa were spectacular, the pictures on the internet, in my opinion, do not reflect the true beauty and location of the villa. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. The weather was stunning for the entire holiday and the private pool is excellent. There was plenty to see and do for all ages, our party consisted of people in their forties, twenties, teens and me at 50. I cannot fault any aspect of the holiday and would not hesitate to recommend Villa de la Nina to my family and friends. We hired two cars and I would strongly suggest that full insurance is taken out. The road leading to the Villa, is very narrow and needs to be driven along cautiously. This said, it only added to the experience of being in a beautiful part of Spain. Our only regret is that our holiday was for just one week and not longer. This was one of the most relaxing holidays I have ever had.
