Wir verbrachten eine sehr erholsame Woche in Latchi. Die Villa ist mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet, sogar DVD Player, ipod Station und Stereoanlage fehlen nicht. Außerdem ist alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht, aber ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Unsere Befürchtung im Garten zu wenig Schatten für unsere Tochter zu haben war auch hinfällig, da auf der Terrasse den ganzen Tag über Schatten ist, und auch im Garten ist es immer irgenwo schattig. Ein Auto zu haben ist allerdings empfehlenswert, vor allem für ältere Leute und mit kleinen Kindern, da es gut 15 Minuten nach Latchi zu gehen ist und der nächste große Supermarkt in Polis ist.
Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln!

Wenn Sie ganz in Ruhe in der Sonne liegen und im kristallklaren Mittelmeer baden wollen, ist das die perfekte Ecke! Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte! Denken Sie an Badeschuhe - ein etwa 5 m breiter steiniger Streifen säumt die Küste! Davor und dahinter ist allerdings feiner Sand. Das Häuschen ist voll klimatisiert und bestens eingerichtet! Die Vermieter sind äußerst zuvorkommend und aufmerksam - feinste und dabei sehr dezente griechische Gastfreundschaft!

Ein idealer Ferienplatz für Jungfamilien! Am Strand kaum was los, immer ein schattiges Plätzchen vorm Haus. Zum Hafen ein netter Spaziergang, dort gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tavernen. Kleine Ausflüge zum Campingplatz und nach Polis sind auch zu Fuss möglich. Die Anlage liegt sehr schön und ist auch sehr gepflegt! Leistbar, nicht zu gross und nicht zu klein, mit schönen Naturpflanzen im Garten. Esmeralda und Demetris waren für Fragen immer erreichbar und sind super organisiert. Fünf Sternchen, jederzeit wieder!

I Have just returned from a weeks holiday with my husband and two daughters at Arsinoe Sunset Villa...

We have stayed in Cyprus many times over the last ten years, and this was the first time we rented privately!
We love Latsi... and the location of the villa was perfect... it is walking distance from all the shops and harbour, where there was plenty of places to eat as well as shops for supplies etc.
Latsi also has a cash machine!

Polis is only a short drive or taxi fair away. it can be reached by a footpath along the sea too..
There are plenty of restuarants/cafes/coffee shops to eat locally which cater for all budgets.

Being able to hear the ocean as soon as we opened the car door was definately the start of the holiday for us!!
Once inside the villa, we were impressed with our choice. It was all as described, and we were welcomed personally by a warm message and essentials ie milk,bread, cheese,juice & wine.

The appartment was clean and tidy, and had everything you could need at hand.
We were particually impressed at having so many supplies availiable in the cupbards that we could use freely, and did not need to replace.
There was a added bonus of a washing machine, which with young children was really fab!

Typically during our stay we started our day with breakfast on the terrace over looking the ocean... During the day we would go to the beach which was literally beyond the back gate, and then spend the evening listening to the waves and watching the sunsets..

There was lots to do, for us and the girls locally if we wanted to do it, but it was all at our pace... The area at this time seemed peaceful, and the constant sound of the water is so relaxing. We really felt like it was a home from home... and will definately be back!

I would recommend the property to my family, and friends, and will definately use for our next trip to Cyprus!

The owners of the villa were kind and welcoming from our first enquiry.
If we had any questions they came back to us promptly and they went out of there way to make us feel welcome.

It was also reassuring knowing if we needed anything all i had to to was ask!

das Ferienhaus läßt keine Wünsche offen, die Umgebung,die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr zu emfehlen, auch ist das Objekt sehr sauber.Die Ruhe und auch die Möglichkeiten für Einkauf und Essen/ Trinken runden einen erholsamen Uralub ab.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Latchi in the house of Demetris and Esmeralda. They thought of everything a traveller could need, so we really felt like home right from the beginning. It's a perfect place to be if you are searching for a calm retreat. Latchi is only a short walk of about 10-15 minutes away, there you can find lots of restaurants and small supermarkets. Only a small track is separating the rear garden from the beach. We wish to come back some time when it's warm enough to swim. Thanks a lot to Esmeralda and Demetris, you are wonderfol hosts!

Our holidays were absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The villa is very nice and the garden and beachfront dreamlike. The view from the garden is breathtaking and in a few paces you reach the shore. Actually you are on the beach when you step out of the garden. We enjoyed our stay a lot and everything was truly perfect! We surely will return!

Villa very clean,and well equiped,and perfectly positioned on the beach.Close to Polis and Latchi. Restaurants are plentyful and good value, go on recomendations to find the better ones . The welcome pack was unexpected but very nice .A car is recommended if you want to get about into the hills but.Its only a very pleasant fifteen minute walk into Latchi and not much longer to Polis. The villa was very well equiped everything was catered for..The owner greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. So if like us you are looking for a nice relaxing peace and quite time this is your sort of holiday. There is nothing better than to have a nice meal, then sit on the patio with a nice bottle of wine listening to the sea and watching the stars,(our idea of heaven ) Rose and Jim Rens
