Family visit from Sheffield, England
Myself, my parents and aunty have now visited Flat 5 for the second year running and it is just as good as we remembered last time.
The flat is exactly as described and is always immaculately clean and tidy. There is a private entrance with securrity door and lift service to all floors. We were also fortunate enough to have been given a parking space in the garages below the flat, although a car is not necessary as there is a regular bus service on the doorstep.
The views from the flat are quite fantastic and far reaching, the balcony is larger than average and we regularly ate breakfast on the balcony. The flat is supurbly equipped with everything you could possibly need and is a real home from home. The owner met us as the property on arrival on both our visits and was very helpful with all aspects of familiarising us with the property There is also a comprehensive folder provided that covers operating instructions, do's & don'ts and helpful information of the surrounding area. The flat is on the main promenade in Sliema and the wide walkways provide a flat and pleasant walk along the seafront in either direction from the property. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance of the flat, we visited and enjoyed meals at:-
Ta' Kolina, La Cuccagnia, Ta' Pina and MiMi's.
There is a rock beach immediately opposite the flat and pleasant gardens to sit in and relax and read.
There are sandy beaches on Malta, but you will need to visit the top of the island to enjoy these. I recommend San Remo beach area at Melliah Bay. You can hire a very comfortable sunbed and umberella all day for 6 euro. There are food facilities, toilet facilities and an array of water sports and boat trips to choose from. The beach is very child friendly and the sand is clean.
I have been visiting Malta for the last 40 years and my mother is from Malta but has lived in England for the last 45 years. We visit every year and have stopped in many different types of accomodation in Sliema over the years, but we have now been totally spoiled by the fantastic quality of accomodation, personal attention and excellent position of this property. I would recommend this flat to anyone and we do not intend to go anywhere but here again in the future!

This property was everything and more!!!
It is a beautiful condo. We were travelling all over Europe and we rating this the best place to stay by far!!
When we were planning our trip Marylene was very helpful not only regarding Malta but also about flights.
Marylene went out of her way to make sure we were will looked after.
The location is perfect!! Bus right outside the door.
Have already recommended this condo to friends and family.

Lovely apartment
The apartment was absolutely lovely. It was very large with impressive furniture and paintings that gave it great character. The view from the balcony was incredible and though we only stayed in Malta a few days and were out most of the time we still found time to spend a few hours sitting on the balcony in the sun watching all the activity along the sea front of St Julians Bay. A lovely stay, thank you

We are very fond of travelling. For accommodation we often look for apartments because we feel an apartment gives us more freedom than a hotel room.
This time we really found an accommodation that made our trip to Malta a success. 10 days in your apartment left us with a feeling that we could not have found a better place to celebrate of my wife's 70th anniversary.
Since you have a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen the children (who stayed in a nearby hotel) decided, instead of going out to a restaurant, to prepare the birthday dinner in the apartment. We are lucky enough to have a son who is as close as you can come to a master chef. He was the head of staff and prepared a 5 course dinner which all of us enjoyed on the balcony.
The whole apartment is just outstanding - the view from the master bedroom and the balcony is even better. The evenings on the balcony are unforgettable! The standard of the apartment really is up to highest of quality. No one will be disappointed.
But the apartment is much more than that. It is also your home and to find that you have the courage to give us and other guests an insight into yourself and your own personal taste adds an extra dimension.
We found your personality in all the paintings, pottery, furnishing, china, cupboards, audio equipment and the kitchen with the best of equipment. You left all of that to us in a fantastic confidence. Thank you!

Of course we hope to come back sometimes. Meanwhile we will spend our time recommending your apartment to all we meet.

wonderful time in flat 5b
We found the place exactly as it was described to us. It has the best location one can imagine. We could easily travel around as there was a bus stop in front of the house and everything you needed for everyday life (grocery, supermarket, butcher ect.) was nearby. The flat was huge, clean and practical. We could also watch TV or DVDs. Before and while staying in Sliema we were well advised by our landlady who was always there to help. She could easily organize things required for a stay with a baby. There is so much positive to stay about the flat and its owner. But one last sentence will do: We felt at home.

How do you describe your idea of heaven?
To describe this accommodation as an apartment is an understatement. On entry we would describe it as a palazzo. The view, location and conveniences were all an added bonus. Whilst we had a car which was garaged within the building we did use the bus service having a bus stop outside the door. We utilised the local restaurants which there were many to choose from and within walking distance and varying price range.
My wife and I make regular trips to Malta (my birthplace) and we usually stay in hotels. This trip was special as we were accompanied by my sister and her husband who were making their first trip to Malta. We decided to try apartment accommodation. I can assure you that 5 star hotels are no more for us now that we have found this wonderful home. We were welcomed, shown around a very beautiful and immaculatly clean property and made to feel like part of the family. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants a slice of heaven on earth while they are visiting the best place on earth.
