Awesome vacation on Siesta Key
We spent 9 lovely and relaxing nights in this beautiful home. This home was exactly as described. All new from top to bottom. Great location, short walk to Siesta Key Village where there are plenty of restaurants and stores. If you are looking for a great place to stay while on Siesta Key, this is the place. Home offers a private yard and pool/Jacuzzi, which are all well maintained. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and if you had any problems, all you need to do is make a quick phone call and problem is solved.

One of the best!
My family and I stayed in this home for our Spring Break. It was a very relaxing and comfortable experience. This is truly a home away from home. It is a high quality home that doesn't have an equal for the investment in the Siesta Key area in my opinion, and I have stayed in a few other homes/condos over the years. In plain language, the owners are top notch, classy individuals!

Siesta Key Winter Vacation 2012
This is a dream house. Everything you could ask for in a rental house. Beautifully furnished from top to bottom, from living/dining room to 4 bedrooms. Granite counter tops in humongous kitchen. Very clean and ultra modern appliances. One could not ask for more. Owner provided the little things too, that many rental owners expect you to purchase. Property includes swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 3 car garage. Conveniently located close to Siesta Village where we ate often. If you are looking for an upscale place in Florida to vacation, this is it. We are from NE Iowa and have stayed at many VRBO houses throughout the country. This one is the best.

Anniversary Family Vacation
My family and I stayed in Siesta Key for the first time in October, 2011. This rental home was beautiful! The pictures only show some of the beauty. Very clean and well equipped. When I was checking rentals on line I sent out a few inquiries and the owner of this property was the first to respond. She was always very helpful and prompt with any answers I needed. Everything was in working order and we truly enjoyed our stay. Siesta Key was beautiful. The beach was wonderful and the village was great. Lots of great restaurants. We enjoyed the Salty Dog and the Siesta Key Oyster Bar. This home is very close to everything, just a bit of a walk to the village. There was plenty of free parking at the beach when we choose to drive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and very comfortable stay at the beach in this beautiful home.

1st Client @ this property
We stayed at this property from March 12-19, 2011 and loved the property and the service we received. Everything was brand new at the time of our stay with us being the 1st renters so needless to say it was in good condition. All the rooms were furnished very nicely and the house was very clean.
We were met at the house by Mindy and made to feel very welcome and appreciated. She took the time to walk through the house with us and explain many of the homes features and how to operate them (which was great). She also left contact numbers in case there were any emergency or general needs.
The next day (Sunday) I saw them back working next door and mentioned that some loungers by the pool would be a great added feature for the property and that I rent 3-4 homes a year and one of the main criteria I look for is good outdoor furniture. The next day 4 very very nice chaise lounger's were delivered to the pool. This is unheard of but is reflective of the kind of hospitality we received during our stay.
This was our 1st time to Siesta Key and our group of 7 (4 kids and 3 adults) loved it. We walked into the village every day/night and ate in town on 3 different occasions (if you don't count going to Big Olaf's ice cream shop every day eating)? We highly recommend the peel and eat shrimp at The Old Salty Dog as they were fantastic. The people were friendly and the area is family oriented, which is very important to us. You really would not have to get back in the car after arriving if you don't mind walking a bit. We did venture out one night and went to St. Armand’s Circle (9 miles & about 20 minutes by car from the house), which was also a great experience and something we would recommend to others in this area. Great shopping, neat boutique shops, and restaurants make it a really unique place. We ate at 15 South Ristorante Enoteca and not a single dish out of about 10 disappointed. The Publix grocery store only takes about 8-9 minutes to get to from the house.
We will definitely come back to this property and look forward to seeing our hosts and house again.
