We recently stayed here and rented out two rooms on the bottom floor. parking is very close and easy. front door requires access code which really adds to the security. inside its well built and warm. a second key is required to access you apartment. We loved ours immediately, well furnished and comfy. room was extremely clean, bathroom included. shower had plenty of hot water, and tile floor was lightly heated which was nice. Kitchen is well done and silverware, plates bowls etc. are provided. beds are a twin size and come with down blankets which are very warm and thick. the back patio door opens three different ways. Zugspitze and Alpsptize mountains can be viewed easily.

The proprietor of the "House Hart" is a very kind and professional woman that will help you in anyway she can. overall customer service was excellent. very impressed. she spoke perfect english which made it easier for us. she evan worked with us when we arrived earlier then we said we would,my fault. She immediately contacted her maid to set up a room and let us in. we are so greatful for that

House Hart is located near the center of Garmisch so a vehicle is not needed. many restaurants and shops are within short walking distance. There is a small church bell tower very close too the apartments-so you may be waking up at 8am, it rings for about 3 minutes straight.

in closing this is a very private, secure, comfy and delightful place to stay that i will recommend to all people who plan to visit Garmisch

A great apartment in a great location in a great town! Garmisch is very scenic, with lots to do. Bakery and supermarket within easy walking distance, as is the town centre. Lovely little Christmas Market. Lots & lots of snow!! Will definitely visit again. Easy drive from Munich Airport. Marietta was super helpful.

Very nice place and beautiful service!

I took my mum to Garmisch-Partenkirchen for a 6 day stay Feb 2010 and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us. I could walk up to the chairlift to the snowfields and my mum could walk around the town as It is in a perfect location to both. The apartment was very cosy and lots of beautiful views out from the balcony. It was also very clean and comfortable.
