This home is in an ideal location and is spacious, clean, bright. The layout is perfect for families, rooms are open and the sunrises and sunsets are unmatched. The beach is right outsde the door, and is exclusive, somewhat remote...perfect. Location Location Location, paired with all of the contemporary luxeries, technologies, and space you'd ever need.

Sure Bet Beach House

We just came home from a wonderful weekend at this house!!!
It is on a quiet street right on the beach. There are great seafood markets very close and the prices are extremely fair.
We will be coming back to this house at the end of the summer!!!!
This place is a sure bet.

Fantastic Location!!!

We stayed at this cottage for 2 nights at the end of August and we have a fantastic time! The location was perfect, the house was beautiful, and the weather was spectacular!! I wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitlely want to come back again next season!!!

My wife and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with our 4-year old son. The house and location on Charlestown Beach are fantastic - we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful Week at the Beach

My wife and I with our two teenagers spent the week here in mid-June 2010, and had a most restful time. Our activities included: bicycling through the seaside community, walking on the beach looking for stones washed in by the sea, swimming, building sand castles, building puzzles, listening to the ocean, cooking lobsters, flying a kite, playing baseball on the beach, and the list goes on. My wife and daughter spent much of there time catching rays, and my son and I found the golf course north of town.
Time doesn't seem to catch up with you here, until the week is gone and its time to head back home. We all hope that we can make it back here again.

Beautiful Home - Fantastic View

We had a wonderful vacation at this beach house. The view was fantastic and the house was even better than the pictures.
There was plenty of room for our family of 4 - our daughters enjoyed spending their mornings reading on the hammock on the lower deck.
The house was very clean with an updated kitchen and baths. There was plenty of seating for family dinners both inside and on the deck - there is a table on the deck with seating for 8.
Although the house didn't have central air, we were never uncomfortable, even with the hot weather that we've been having this summer. There was a wonderful breeze - and with the ceiling fan running and windows open, we were always comfortable.
We would love to rent this house again!

My Family and I stayed at this home for 1 week 7/11/10-7/18/10, Myself, three teenage boys and my wife. The location is great, the home is great and If you can not relax in a place as beautiful as this beach front home you may need some heavy medications to do so Trust me it is a nice home in a great spot. If you have younger children the public area of the beach is a short walk away and there are life guards on duty. If you like to fish the Jetties are a short walk away on the beach as well. The casino is close by and there is ample shopping in driving distance.

We were so impressed with this home. The views are amazing....Ocean/beach views from every room! The house was immaculate and updated. The huge deck was great!!! Simply sit back, relax, enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the view... With two little kids, it was nice to be able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach in just a few steps!!! Also, just down the street one can find everything they need...ice-cream, Del's, supplies etc. We also took day trips to Watch Hill and Newport...just minutes away! We will definitely be coming back....it was a fabulous, lazy, hot, fun week at the beach!

Had an amazing time in this house on Charlestown beach! The house is nicer and bigger than the pictures represent. The kitchen and deck are great for cooking/grilling. Really, anything we needed and more was there.
Also, it felt like we had the beach to ourselves, with a beautiful beachfront and waves to jump in to cool off or go boogie boarding. It was fun taking strolls down the beach in the mornings. When we needed a break from the sun, sitting on the deck or laying in the hammock gave a nice reprieve but still felt right next to the ocean.
I would recommend both the house and the location to anyone considering a vacation at Charlestown beach and trust me, you won't want to leave!
