My friends and I did a "girls week" in this condo and what a beautiful place it was, honestly the pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful down to every detail. Loren the owner was wonderful - she has all the great gadgets and movies to keep many happy - sometimes its the little things. She really seems to care about the renters, its not just an investement for her. It was such a nice location too close to everything - yet calm and serene. We loved it !!!

This place is beautiful! I stayed here with my mom and grandmother for a week long getaway and it truly was the best place we could have chosen to stay. We picked this condo because the inside of the condo feels so comfortably and homely that we didn't want to leave! It felt like a home away from home. The colors of the paint on the walls, to the wall decor and art, to the beautifully lit rooms with the many lamps (The lamps also have settings for dim mood lighting, which is a huge plus!) made this condo the most comfortable and cozy condo inside the whole building! At least, we believed so.

The balcony view is gorgeous! A huge reason we also wanted to stay here. The view overlooks the ocean to the left, and some hotels with ocean to the right. Below all you see is beautifully green lush landscape and the pool area, as well as tennis courts and a mini golf course. We sat outside for breakfast every morning and had dinner on the balcony at night as well while watching the beautiful sunset. The walk to the ocean is literally only 5 minutes away. There is also a fitness center onsite which had some of the best exercise equipment.

The location is wonderful. You're about 15-20 minutes from Harborwalk and about 7-10 minutes from the many shopping centers and restaurants. The location is just enough for the privacy of a quiet and peaceful vacation, but close enough to shopping centers, food, bars, and everything under the sun!

During our stay, we were able to dine on the balcony watching the sunset, sleep in incredibly comfortable beds, watch tv on the large flat screen TV, cook dinner in the well equipped kitchen, and last but not least..While we were packing and a bit sad to leave, suddenly we hear something out the balcony door. We all gather on the balcony to see a beautiful beautiful professional firework display atop another building to the right of us. It felt like the fireworks were right in our face. It was truly the best ending to the most wonderful vacation we could have ever had!

We will most definitely be planning for another vacation in this wonderful condo! Thank you so much!

The penthouse is breathtaking! I have some disability that doesn't afford me going to the beach. Sitting and enjoying cocktails in such a plush setting overlooking the sandy beaches and the Gulf is exactly what we needed. The place is exraordinary with magnificent appointments. Can't wait to go back

Thank you! Your condo is very nice. this was our first visit to Tops'l (we usually stay at Hidden Dunes) it was a nice change of pace. (love the tennis!!)

Loved your view and your confortable condo. We saw some magnificent thunderstorms roll in & the weather was pretty near perfect. Our 10 year old had a great time learning to skim board.
