A family of 5 from Paris, France, with 3 boys, we stayed in Seth and Karen's large and lovely house for 7 days and only regreted we had not planned to stay one more week. The house is surrounded by other nice villas in a small pine wood at walking distance from the sea. The two living rooms and the bedrooms have a very good size and are spotlessly clean. We enjoyed very much our time in this peaceful environment, reading books (there are plently on the shelves) and playing in the garden. Nantucket town is within a 10 minutes drive and that's where you want to do your shopping. The best beaches are also within 10-15 mn. Seth speaks such an immaculate French that we never had a chance to test his English. He could be reached by phone everytime we wanted to make an inquiry. His house is absolutely the place to be to enjoy the best of Nantucket, with the nicest possible owners. Une excellente adresse pour les visiteurs européens. Nous y retournerons dès que possible.

This was our first experience using "HomeAway" to rent a vacation home. We also had never been to Nantucket before. We arrived without a car and the local shuttle bus was very close to the wharf. One of the bus stops is within a few hundred yards of the rental, so, very convenient. The home itself is beautiful and welcoming. It was spacious and comfortable and having a piano really was special as our son is musical. Having that outlet away from home was entertaining for us and helpful for him! We ate at the home many times and enjoyed our meals at the dining room table, the kitchen bar, and the backyard patio table. The home has a lot of rooms and privacy. The backyard hammock also got a lot of use! Our children were thrilled with the town itself and loved seeing the fireworks from Jetties Beach on July 4th. We also rented bikes and had a great time exploring all the bike trails minutes from the rental's doorstep. Accessibility to beautiful beaches was either an easy walk or easy bike ride from the home.

All in all a wonderful experience!
