Großes Einfamilienhaus auf ruhigem 1250 m2-Grundstück

We were having our family holidays in this house twice in a row - in winter and in summer. The house is located in a picturesque and quiet village surrounded by parks and wildlife. The house is perfect for the family vacation as it is fully equipped with literally everything you can imagine - the house appliances, including microwave oven, washing machine and the dishwasher, LCD TV, the DVD Player and the sound system with a great selection of classical music. Several full-sets of kitchenware and bed linen. The walls are sound-proof, so even if you sleep in the bedroom on the ground floor next to the living room, you will not be disturbed by sounds from the living room or from the first floor.

There is a spacious playing room on first floor with lots of toys.

In winter the kids can ride the sled, in summer you can choose between six bikes available.

There is also an equipped terrace, the charming garden around the house with barbecue and a small pond. The wood-stack in the corner of the garden is always full to feed the fireplace in the living room.

50 metres from the house there is an in-door pool where you could pay 3 EUR per person and swim all day long. The playground and the football field are also nearby.

If you are with the car, you can travel around, there is so much to see - Hodenhagen Serengeti Park full of African animals, the Theme park in Soltau, a wonderful town of Luneburg, etc. For the whole month of our summer vacation we were traveling around almost every day, the kids and us were excited and having a lot of fun every day.

The landlord is always very responsive and friendly. We were even offered to have our selection of food to be bought prior to our arrival late evening.

Highly recommended! Will definitely return back to this house and not just once.
